Update Student Demographics page for Parent/Guardian names and phone numbers
In CALPADS the parent guardian names are split into two fields, Partent/Guardian #1 / Parent/Guardian #2. Some of our students have same parents and this would help with the name entry. The Father's work and Mother's work field headers also need to be updated to Parent/Guardian #1 and Parent/Guardian #2 for the same reason. Family key could then be matched based on the name and phone number in the Parent/Guardian #1 fields.

CALPADS - Allow users to select E150 mid-year exit reason in Attendance Enrollment and ENR and allow for XRF translation.
Request for the CALPADS student exit code E150 (program/grade change) to be added to Aeries. Allow users to select E150 mid-year exit reason in Attendance Enrollment and ENR and allow for XRF translation. Instead of the extract pulling the proper E150 code when the student has the program/grade change, it would be nice for users to be able to select the proper E150 when applicable. This would avoid confusion when E150 is referenced in CALPADS trainings or discussions.

Parent Data Confirmation: add option to disallow parent changing Authorizations after PDC complete
After a parent completes Parent Data Confirmation, they can change their Authorizations, which means that reports or queries of Authorization records can become out-of-date. The customer would like an option to not allow parents to change Authorizations after PDC is complete as removing a response could cause a NULL record.

Weekly Attendance Reports - Add Totals
Please add row and column totals to the Weekly Attendance Reports. This should be based on the Counts for ADA Flag in the Absence Code Table. If the attendance code is flagged as Count for ADA it should be counted.

Ethnic Studies Indicator in Courses and Transcripts
AB 101 requires CA high school students to take ethnic studies to graduate. Can we add a field in Courses > Other to mark which courses meet this requirement - as we have for Algebra 1? We will need this notated on transcripts as well.

Update Attendance automatically based on Assertive Discipline suspension
When an Admin inputs a suspension within a student's Assertive Discipline, which notates the number of days the student is suspended and what dates, is there a way to make that automatically populate "S" as the all-day attendance code in that student's attendance? The student's attendance isn't always updated that day for suspensions. Then an attendance notification will out to the parent asking why the student was absent which would have been because they were suspended.

Allow Teachers the KEEP Query function
To make analytics more meaningful to teachers, they would like to be able to target specific students. Teachers however are unable to keep students they have identified in Aeries Analytics. The keep statement would allow them to create items in Aeries Analytics and keep track of their educational trends in real time.
Our teachers (a lot of them being RSP teachers) are trying to use the Multi Student Search with the KEEP capability. They would like to be able to forward through the list of KEEP students and see various data from the Profile screen or Gradebook screens so they…

Data Confirmation Alert
It would be super helpful to have an alert pop-up on the Demographics (& possible also the Contacts) page if a family has not completed Data Confirmation. This would help office staff notice if a family has not completed Data Confirmation when the family is in the office or on the phone.

Add the option to sort and print the Student Locator Card by the flex period# (FTF.STI) instead of start time
Allowing the option to sort and print the student locator card and by FTF.STI (flex period short title) instead of the flex period time. The student locator card sorted by the time is then not sorted by the short title and is not in order and confuses students and parents.
This is because my sites have 1,2,3 as A-Day and 4,5,6 as B-Day and the time span is exactly the same. I have attached screenshots as examples.

Online Enrollment - Allow entry of mobile phone to satisfy phone entry requirement
During the data entry for Emergency Contacts during online enrollment, a parent is presented with an error if they only enter a mobile phone number, but nothing in the "primary phone number" field. We don't want people double entering the same phone number, and in this day, most people only have a mobile phone. It would be great if an entry in either field satisfied the data entry requirement. Even better: allow users to specify which fields are required!

Add Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours in Scheduling
The Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours fields have to be manually entered. For each student and each course. For a district that has over 500 students taking college courses, some of them more than one college course, putting the data in manually for each course is not feasible. If those fields were in the SEC or CRS tables it would alleviate many hours (days, even) of manual entry.

Contacts - Add Authorized to Pick-Up Field
Add a field to the contacts form indicating who is authorized to pick-up the student. Not all contacts may have this permission and in the event of emergency, this information is very important.

Please add Actual Courses for Placeholder Courses i.e. (Edgenuity, APex or Indepdendent Study) for non Alternative Ed. Scheduling
Would like to see a solution for High Schools who offer online courses (i.e. Edgenuity, APEX) and or use placeholder courses. Currently, High Schools are unable to know the exact course that students are taking via Edgenuity program, which makes it highly problematic to schedule, figure out their graduation status, keep tabs on progress via grading, transcribing.
In looking at current Aeries features there are 2 current functions that get close to providing a solution. The first one is Alternative Ed. Scheduling, however I was told that this feature would not work in a regular comprehensive, as it would throw…
