    Currently, the counselor drop-down list on this page is extracted from STU.CU, which links to the TCH table, and is not used. This needs to be modified to use STU.CNS linked to the STF table.

  7. Allow teachers the keep function to better server students.

    To make analytics more meaningful to teachers, they would like to be able to target specific students. Teachers however are unable to keep students they have identified in Aeries Analytics. The keep statement would allow them to create items in Aeries Analytics and keep track of their educational trends in real time.

  8. Allow Analytics to use the CRS table.

    When having teachers and departments use Analytics it would be very helpful to be able to segregate by course types or numbers, such as Spanish Classes, instead of them being lumped in with VAPA or Electives.

  9. Add GRC and ABS to Analytics to support new indicator features

    With the ability to create indicators based on any table and field, if the primary table is not available, these new feature do not apply. Adding GRC and ABS allows for many variations on building indicators and allows customers to build things like: F's on a report card, Period Attendance values, etc.

  10. Adjust Socio-Economic Disadvantaged Status Calculation

    Adjustments are needed in Aeries Analytics because of changes CALPADS is making for Parent/Guardian information on the SINF file. Education Level is now being collected separately for Guardian 1 and Guardian 2, Currently one method the student meets the definition is if the highest education level in STU.PED is Not A High School Graduate.

  12. Analytics security permission change

    Currently, users with READ permissions to Analytics have the "Configs / Functions" menu item available. This should be removed for users with READ permission. We have noticed this is confusing for users and we don't want them to use this feature.

  16. Analytics - Watch List - Add ability to filter by Subgroup

    Currently a watchlist can only be filtered by School and Grade. It would nice to be able to have watchlists that could be filtered by Supgroup. That way we could have a watchlist of regular ed students and a seperate watchlist for SPED students. Since SPED students are already being serviced through an IEP team we would like to be able to have our regular ed intervention team be able to more easily use the watchlist without having to check whether they have an IEP or not first.
