District-Level Printing of Instructional Minutes Certification Log
District with many schools would like the option to print the Missing Instructional Minutes Certification Log at the district level, and select multiple schools to print. It would also be nice to be able to select schools by type: Elem, Secondary, etc.

Transcript Indicator Visible In Other Tables
The Transcript Indicator is a great addition to identifying aspects of courses. It would be great to have the option to turn this feature on in other tables such as Classes, CAR, Master Schedule, Grades and Teacher Attendance Portal. An example is Dual Enrollment courses. They may have the same Course Title for a school but their elements are different. Having the Transcript Indicator visible in other tables would make it easier for office staff and teachers to know the difference in courses without having to change their specific course titles. Service Learning Hours - Add new Date Picker
Please make the dates and times in a drop-down format. It is currently very cumbersome to enter data into the log for students.

Weekly Attendance Report - the report options should be remembered.
Print Weekly Attendance Report by Class - the "Include Inactive Students?" box should be checked by default or be remembered when the report is ran again.

Teacher Portal Grade Screen: alphabetical student sort
After some of the updates that were put in place at the beginning of the 2020 school year, the order of student names on the Teacher Portal Grade Screen changed from a straight alphabetical list of the students in that period to a list organized first by section, then alphabetical by student.
This new order makes it awkward for many of our teacher to enter Citizenship, Work Habits & Comments by student, as they are used to seeing their period roster listed alphabetically and not split by section. They need to scan multiple 'sub-lists' on the page to find a…

Create a report that searches for missing notes on submitted ATT
Similar to the Attendance Notes Usage Analysis Report that was created for distance learning. Create a report that checks for students with absences that are missing an attendance note. This would be a key resource report for districts that would ensure every student with an absence has an associated note. I think the Attendance Notes Usage Analysis Report might be able to be modified to meet that need, too. You just need it to search for blanks and add an option only if absence code exists. Currently, it doesn't honor that option.

Enrollment Validation Update
Please update all validations for enrollment to ignore if Exit Reason = 155. I believe we are the only SIS that does not populate the leave data and add the E155 code for enrollment records. Our validations cause errors for all implementations and data conversions. Rather than change data for each year - consider having the 155 code ignored during the validation - for any validation monitoring enrollment data. Support Pre-enrolled Status Tag during Copy Scheduling Results to MST process
Please add support or an option to copy Course Requests to Classes during the Copy Scheduling Results to MST process for students tagged with a Pre-enrolled Status tag.

Transcript Credits by Category
In the view screen for transcript, showing total credits by category in the title bar would be very helpful. In the print version each term shows subtotals, the view display should also.

New Report with Attendance Information Compared to Other Students
Our district is interested in being able to share information with our students' parents/guardians about not only their respective child's data, but how it compares with students in the same grade level, at the same school, and across the school district as a whole.

Attach files to report card comments
It would be useful if teachers were able to attach files (such as a progress summary export from student software) to report cards, in addition to the existing comments they can input, for parents to access when viewing the report card through the parent portal.

Provide Visual Feedback when Entering Attendance and No Response is Received from the Server
With many staff and teachers working remotely with varying internet providers and networking equipment, it is not uncommon for a staff member or teacher's internet to lose connection for a few moments.
When entering attendance, if the internet connection is lost it may go unnoticed leaving blank records on your attendance page. The current visual feedback is small in the upper-right hand corner but shows nothing if there is no response from the server. When entering several records it could easily go unnoticed if one or more of the records were not received by the server due to several notices…

Teacher Emails for Team Teaching
Adding the capability to include two email addresses in a Teacher Data Record. This would primarily help teachers participating in a team teaching setup. This would ensure that all teachers within the record are included in all communications/updates not just the one email address included.

Language Assessment - Add Additional Follow Up Date and Code Fields
CDE requires that we monitor reclassified students for 4 years after reclassification. At our district we monitor students twice per year for a total of 8 follow-ups. We'd like Aeries programmers to add 2 more entry fields in language assessment so that we can record the monitoring information in the language screen.

Attendance notes for engagement penalty
There is not a great option to identify which students are at penalty for "engagement" which we are recording in the attendance notes columns. Please consider options including how we might 1) identify that a student might be at penalty and 2) run reports to identify infractions. If you allow teachers to select a box at the top of the column to indicate that activity type was prescribed that day, an unmarked box would indicate penalty and would help be pulled into a count of non-engagement. We have the ability to pinpoint significant attendance issues but not engagement issues. Please…
