Add a 'Status' field to CHI table - Course History Institutions in order to inactivate duplicate/invalid records.

Please add a "Status" field to the Course History Institutions page (CHI).

    This request can be similar to the inactive/retired status in the Update Code table.
    This would allow the code to no longer be seen in the dropdown of choices but still available for historical purposes.

    This is a valid request where we really need the status tag to inactivate CHI schools. Schools can have updated CDS codes and we are not able to change the CHI record when there are ATT, CSE or ENR records attached to that school code.

    Course History Institutions are a mess -- being able to invalidate duplicates would be so helpful.

    Without the 'status field' for this table (chi.tg) I am not able to stop users from selecting an invalid school.
