  1. Add Section and Staff ID to the Course History Transcripts page for Mass Add Records

    We always use the "Mass Add Records" on the transcript screen, but now find we need the "Section" and "Staff ID" fields that are only available when you use "Add 1 Record" choice. Currently we have to go back into each line on the transcript to add the information to these fields. It is very time consuming.

  2. Add Page numbers and headers to Enhanced (1-Column) Transcript

    The new enhanced 1-column transcript does not have page numbers, or basic information such as student ID on every page. Adding this information will help ensure that pages don't give mixed up when printing a lot of them at once. It will also ensure the recipient of a transcript has received all pages.

  3. Option to quick Delete a term in Transcript

    Currently when posting credits in Transcript for students enrolling from another districts and a data entry error occurs you can only delete on line at time. I would be nice to delete an entire term/semester in one click for those time when you find "one' at time is too time consuming.

  4. When adding 1 record to Transcripts, allow the More fields to display

    When adding a single transcript record, the Dual Enrollment Credit School (College Level Courses) field does not display. You have to first save the record, then edit, click More, and enter the Dual Enrollment Credit School (or other more fields). Two step process could be a one step process = saves time!

  5. Allow continuation schools to give students credits on a weekly basis then tally up all credits earned at semester for transcripts

    Our Continuation school, like many others, award students course credit on a weekly basis to encourage attendance. We are currently tracking all of this on a spreadsheet but it would be so much better if we could utilize Aeries to somehow give the students their weekly credit and have it all total at Semester or Quarter.

    Transcript- for Elementary w/Master, with Staff ID Based Counselor, modify transcript to check for STU.CU field if STU.CNS field is blank. Print "Teacher" instead of "Counselor" on Transcript.

  7. Allow us to add additional logos (such as WASC) on Transcripts

    Another local school gave our principal a transcript that had a few logos (like WASC) and now she really wants this on our transcripts. This would be in addition to a district or school logo, and different than the existing watermark feature.

  8. Please make HIS.SDE and HIS.CH visible on the Transcript input form when entering College courses

    Right now when entering College courses on a student's transcript, the two extra fields don't appear until the record is saved. At that time, validation check is performed against the Course ID entered into the field and check the Course Level (CRS.CL) to see if it is 23 or 24. If so, it then makes those two fields visible in READ mode.

    If the validation could take place AFTER the course ID is entered and display the additional fields at that time, that would be an great enhancement and make it much easier for counselors and registrars to make sure…

  9. Student name also listed on side of transcript

    Our sites would like the ability to also print the student's name on the lower right side of the transcript so that when they file it, they can easily read the student's name. Currently, they are printing a label and attaching it to the transcript which is time consuming.

  10. Transcript - Allow User to Completely Remove Value in Average Mark Field

    When the Transcript Average Mark is unlinked or deleted the system will re-populate the field with the value in the Mark field if it is not linked to any other record, or with a recalculated value of the remaining records it is linked with. Customer would like to completely remove the average mark value in a record with no value saved in that field.

  12. Transcript Definition -- Option to Hide Contact Information

    Alternative Ed schools need to have a way of “hiding” the student address on the transcript printout.

    Probation is concerned about the safety of having students’ home address and other demographics printed with the transcripts.

    Specifically would like to add to the demographics section of the transcript definition:
    Hide Parent Name
    Hide Parent Address
    Hide Student Birthdate

  13. Move TTP to Top of Transcript

    At the request of our Board Members to show the PUSD Pathway a student is graduating from on the Transcript, we are using the Transcript Definition, TTP, Demographics, STU.U7, to identify the PUSD Pathway a student is participating in. Because it shows up at the very bottom of the TTP box, and often gets lost in the long list of Test scores, we are requesting the ability to show some TTP options at the TOP of the Transcript, near the Comment area.     Transcript Indicators - Refresh display immediately upon saving an HIS record on the Transcripts page. Currently, the Transcript Indicators are not displaying after changing on the Transcript page.

  15. Mass Print Transcripts with Last Name, First Name as title

    Counselors need to Submit many transcripts each year to colleges. We know there is a Mass Print option for Transcripts, but it makes all the Transcripts print as 1 file. We would like transcripts to be individual files automatically named with the Student's Last Name, First Name for convenience. Downloading individual transcripts and renaming each file is very time consuming. This is not urgent, but would be greatly appreciated in the future.

  17. Transcripts - change the word "Credits" to "College Units" when printing College Articulation courses.

    Families are confused when they see "Credit" listed on transcripts in the the College Articulations section. It would be more clear to have "Credit" changed to "College Units" as that is what community colleges use as their language description. "Credits" is how high schools refer to their own issued grades.

  18. Transcript Indicator Visible In Other Tables

    The Transcript Indicator is a great addition to identifying aspects of courses. It would be great to have the option to turn this feature on in other tables such as Classes, CAR, Master Schedule, Grades and Teacher Attendance Portal. An example is Dual Enrollment courses. They may have the same Course Title for a school but their elements are different. Having the Transcript Indicator visible in other tables would make it easier for office staff and teachers to know the difference in courses without having to change their specific course titles.   19. Transcripts - Add a Print Option to Ignore Off Grade Courses

    Our Counselors want certain middle school courses on the high school transcript but only during June and not throughout the entire year. It would be great if we could create a new transcript definition to include those classes from the Off Grade Courses table. We would need a way to identify courses to stay on the transcript always and courses we want to print as an alternative transcript definition choice.

  20. Transcript Credits by Category

    In the view screen for transcript, showing total credits by category in the title bar would be very helpful. In the print version each term shows subtotals, the view display should also.
