Autopopulate parent email from Contacts table into Student Demographics and add additional field for both parents
1 voteThe recommendation is to handle all parent emails in the Contacts table since our internal processes will be checking Contacts for this information for state reporting and third party integrations. For this reason the Student Demographics parent email field is due to be permanently removed.

Demographics - Update error message to swap "EVEN" and "ODD" in Streets Table Validation process
When I click on an odd address range in the Streets Table Validation process, but the address is even, the error message reads "Please Select an ODD Street Segment!". It should read "Please Select an EVEN Street Segment!" and vice versa.

address change and related field updates
When address change is done and it is not in our streets table, the grid code, residence school, next school and next residence school need to blank out. We pre-enroll students who are matriculating to middle schools from grade 5 to 6. Pre-enrolled records are created in February. The cascading data change should also happen on the pre-enroll record.

Decisioninsite customers and Street Address Management page
Currently customers using Decisioninsite cannot use the Functions tab under the Street Address Management page to mass validate street addresses. Enhance to allow a mass validate.

Automatically blank out Gride Code when Address does not match to Streets table
When the Streets Table is being used, it would be great if the Grid Code and ResSchool fields (STU.GC & STU.RS) could blank out when an Address Change is made that does not match to the Streets table.
Update to new GC & RS or reset to blank if new address is not in the table.
It's causing some confusion when an address change has been made to an out of district address but the GC & RS aren't blanking out.
