Allow Teachers the KEEP Query function
To make analytics more meaningful to teachers, they would like to be able to target specific students. Teachers however are unable to keep students they have identified in Aeries Analytics. The keep statement would allow them to create items in Aeries Analytics and keep track of their educational trends in real time.
Our teachers (a lot of them being RSP teachers) are trying to use the Multi Student Search with the KEEP capability. They would like to be able to forward through the list of KEEP students and see various data from the Profile screen or Gradebook screens so they can monitor those students that need additional assistance or that are on a variety of Special Programs.

Here's another example: this teacher is the Pathway lead and has access to all students in the Ag Pathway with his teacher account. It would be silly to have him search or type each of these students' IDs in the search bar or multi-student search page. I know I could provide a query for just student IDs that he can run and then copy and paste into Multi Student Search, but why this extra step? They should just be allowed the KEEP button.

This is a feature that would allow TOSA to monitor the EL, LTEL and RFEP progress reports for additional support.

Is this something that is going to be updated soon? I have a group of students I have been asked to track and can't do so efficiently enough without this feature. Teachers shouldn't have to go to an IC or someone with more access to track multiple students progress. I would have to ask someone else to do part of my job once a week...doesn't make sense.

This is a very important feature and teachers need access to run multi-student searches/keeps. Please update this programming to allow for them to do so.

This is a necessary option to use the Smarter Balanced Cards (SBAC) - CAASPP Report for ELPAC Testing Log in Cards.
I'm shocked that this is not an option for them.
