    The Counseling page (Counseling.aspx) experiences performance issues when a student has a large number of counseling records or when the records contain long comments. The page loads slowly when initially accessed, and there are delays when trying to add, save, or delete records.

    Create an A-G Status Letter Text Editor similiar to that of the Graudation Status Letter Text Editor. This will allow us to provide a customized A-G letter for students and parents that provides a more personalized message/report to increase results!

    Base STU.CNS on Non Classroom based job assignment code. We use pupil services for our school psychologists. Site users are seeing the psychologist in the counselor field when they shouldn't be able to.

    My counselors would like to be able to use Speech-to-Text when entering Counseling notes as they are sometimes lengthy and feel it would save time. Just an idea....thanks!

    Currently a browser plugin can be used for speech-to-text needs and work with any website, including Aeries.

  7. Link the STF table to the Staff field on the Counseling page

    Currently, the staff field is a free text fields. Please link to STF so that the data is entered consistently.

  9. Create Option to Lock Counseling Free Text Field

    Create the ability to Lock Down the Free Text field on the Counseling Page so that No Notes can be added. Make this option at the District Level.

    It would be beneficial if the Add New Record button was moved to the top of the page. Scrolling up and down every entry is a lot.

  11. Counseling - Put the Copy button at the top of page

    When students have many counseling records, it would be nice if the copy button was at the top so we don't have to scroll to the bottom to find it.
