Advanced Red Flag Permissions
Make Red Flag security more granular, by setting on a per-group basis those pages whose red flags different groups / portal groups are able to see, rather than the current "all or nothing" for red flag visibility. Eg, Group A has access to Red Flags on table ATT, cannot see red flags on other tables; Group B has access to red flags on all tables, can see all red flags.

Push Portal group settings to other schools - school list order
Why is the School listing for Portal Groups ALPHA when everywhere else it is by number?
This inconsistency makes it very hard to push to schools of a similar type.

Automatic inactivate user accounts and staff accounts based on employment end date
Hello,
When the end of the year comes around each year we have to manually end inactivate
all staff member accounts who are exiting. We enter end dates and then have to manually one by one inactivate user accounts. It would be great if their was a process that could be run to automatically do this or a process that would do this by end or exit date.3 votes -

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication for All Substitutes
Please provide an option to disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) specifically for substitutes. Since substitute codes expire after one day, substitutes are required to scan a new QR code each time they log in with a new sub code in order to set up MFA for that account. If teacher accounts are set to use Aeries MFA, there should be an option to disable MFA for substitutes to simplify the process.

Add custom dates and location assignment for user permissions
It would be helpful to be able to enter custom stop and stop dates for users with site assignments for Clerical Substitutes. We often have subs work at many sites during the week, If we could preload their schedules of access prior to the day of assignment, it would help streamline a daily process while only providing access to the site they are working on during a given timeframe.

Staff ID instead of user name as unique identifier
Use the Staff ID number instead of the user name as the unique identifier in the log tables. We would like to be able to re-use inactivated email addresses. It's not possible now since the Aeries username comes from the email address.

Multifactor Authentification-Add code generation in email
We implemented Multifactor Authentication this past summer. We have already had a teacher leave her phone at home and was unable to access Aeries. We would like for an option to receive a code via email to be added to this process.

Add the attribute "autocomplete:one-time-code" to the MFA input page
Because asking Aeries to follow industry standards (https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/form-control-infrastructure.html#autofilling-form-controls:-the-autocomplete-attribute https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/form-control-infrastructure.html#attr-fe-autocomplete-one-time-code) is apparently a "feature request" issue and not a "bug report" issue, I am petitioning Aeries to properly implement this attribute so that the input field for the MFA prompt does not remember past codes entered, as seen in the attached file.

User Account Expiration Date
User Account Expiration Date - Allow a time of expiration be honored with the date. Currently a time can not be set and the account stays active until midnight.

School Access should be honored by the Attendance page for concurrently enrolled students.

Non Admin Users to make UGN and UGP changes
Allow non Admin users to make security changes to Users and User groups.
For example - HR staff to assign Users to groups and sites without making HR staff admins.

View All Students in School - Allow the permission to be set in Groups, and function without user needing at least one section
The Special Permission of "View All Students in Current School" should work when added as a permission in "Group", not just "Portal Groups" and "User". It only works if the Teacher record has at least one student/section attached to their Teacher record.

Security: Please Allow User Access to the "Query Change Button" ONLY and NOT the "Query Change Command" to Prevent "Accidental" Mass Update
Ticket #346128: We have just recently learned about the "Query Change Command" and what impact it would have should a User be given that permission, in addition to the Mass Update permission to a Table.
What Has Been Done: We followed the information provided to us and read through the article from AERIES support. We then replicated it using one of our users. We could not find a way to get the CHANGE BUTTON to appear without the CHANGE QUERY COMMAND permission, which would be the ideal solution for us. Option to give teachers student access on a specific date
Add an option in the portal groups that determines the date, or the number of days prior to the start of a term, that teachers can see who they have been assigned.

Add ability to copy permissions and groups. Whenever making a new group, it would be nice to start with a permission template.
