  1. Allow Portal Options > STU Table Fields on Attendance Screen to Pull from Other Tables

    At this time, the Portal Options > STU Table Fields on Attendance Screen only reads from the STU table. Please enhance to allow student data to be read from other tables.
    Example: When a student's Program is added to Portal Options for teachers to be able to see the student Program in the Teacher Portal Attendance screen, it is designed to read from STU.SP only. Please enhance to allow the student's Program to be read from Attendance Enrollment Program (ATT.PR) instead.

  2. Auto disable student and parent portal accounts once a student is inactivated

    Once a student is exited from Aeries, the students and the parent portal accounts will automatically be disabled.

  3. Can we make Demerits a permission on its own for students to see through their portal?

    Right now, you would have to give permissions for students to see ALL of assertive discipline to see the demerits. It would be helpful if students can log in and only see demerits so if it can be its own optional permission under guidance that would be great!

  4. Add Grade Level Option to Auto Create/Mass Create Portal Accounts

    Please add grade levels so that districts can introduce portal accounts by grade levels. For example at an elementary school, allow the ability to create accounts for the upper grade levels only.

  5. Give districts the ability to set/modify the date new school year data is available to teachers

    Currently, the date that new school school year data is made available in the Teacher Portal is a "back end" setting that district's choose during New Year Rollover. It cannot be changed, however, without intervention by Aeries support. Unfortunately, pointing the Teacher Portal to the new year is also a manual rather than automated process, which means there is a higher risk that it does not get done properly early on the specified date (as happened this year to us). Lots of extra, unnecessary work for many people!

  6. Parent Educational Level Survey in the Portal Options under the Parent Data Changing Tab

    We would love to have a Parent Ed Level survey similar to the Income Survey.

    Each Parent Level response could then be inserted in the CON.ELV field in the Contacts (CON table) just like FRE code assignments from the income survey are inserted into the FRE table.

  8. Ability to limit individual student access to their portal account without affecting their parents

    We've had problems with some of our overly anxious students constantly checking their grades via their portal account. I can restrict the student's access but doing so would also restrict the parent's access to the info. It would be great if I could take the grades away from just the student and not the whole group. Then they can check with their parent, once a week maybe, to check their progress and not obsess.

  9. Auto/Mass Create Portal Accounts as a Scheduled Process

    Add the Mass Create Portal Accounts as a scheduled process. Rather than create the user when SEM is entered. Our district runs a query daily that auto-populates this field to ensure accuracy.

  10. Graduation Status and UC/CSU Eligibility Reports - Hide Upcoming Courses

    In the Student and Parent Portal the Graduation Status page, Graduation Status Report and UC and CSU Eligibility Reports list the upcoming scheduled courses when the Portal Options to Hide Scheduling Results from Parents and Students and the Hide Currently Scheduled Classes for Future Terms from Parent and Students are selected. Please update the page and reports to honor these Portal Options.

    Add an option to be able to copy Portal options from one school to another. This includes settings for Data Confirmation.

    I know we can add certain pages to our favorites, I was wondering if it's possible to create like categories, drop-down selections to organize favorites so there's no need to be scrolling down and get lost when looking for a specific page in our favorites?

  13. Parent Data Changing Portal Options - Increase Email Field View

    Please increase the viewing size of the Change Details Emails fields on the Parent Data Changing / General / More options area. Specifically the Change Details Email Address, Change Medical Details Email Address. It's difficult to see who & how many email addresses are entered to receive notifications.

  14. Barcode on Emergency Card

    On Parent Data Changing > General , we would like the option to add a barcode to the "Emergency Card" print out.

    This would allow our parents to print the "Emergency Card" as proof of completing data confirmation and allow our on-site staff to scan a barcode at each station ( ex. library to check out books ).

    This would really help our team expedite the on-site process.
