Participation Option on PFT Dropdown Status
This is the third year that the CDE is requiring Participation Only. I spoke on the phone with a CDE PFT representative and she said to reach out to our SiS vendors to ask that a drop-down option be added that is "Participated" or "Not Participated. Currently in all our status is Undetermined or Not Tested because the PFT since 2021 administration year is no longer a Pass-Not Pass test. It would be great to add the two additional options under Test Status and each of the five required components.

TOMS Test Settings: Format/Design the TOMS Test Setting table to match TOMS Test Setting page.
TOMS Test Settings:
Format/Design the TOMS Test Setting table to match the TOMS Test Setting page.
Specifically, removing the Alt options for each test and replacing them with the column "Applicable Assessment Type" just like TOMS. Also, match the same titles from TOMS to Aeries for each support.

TOMS Test Settings - Text to Speech Spanish
In TOMS, there isn't a TTS in Spanish option. It's just the one line of TTS for ELA Items; Math Stimuli & Items; Science Stimuli & Items and then Spanish Items. From what I understand from ETS, if a student is taking the Spanish test, the TTS will automatically be in Spanish.
In Aeries the two lines, the way they're currently labeled, is causing confusion with my site coordinators. Would it be possible to change the label from Text-to-Speech in Spanish (for math items) to instead read Text-to-Speech (Stimuli & Items) and leave off the "in Spanish"?

Import Test Results - Change SBAC to CAASPP Test ID
Will the Test ID for SBAC automatically update to CAASPP? PDF/Electronic Test results no longer display SBAC for parents. It would make sense that the Test ID match the updated test name to CAASPP.

Add growth scores to the NWEA MAP import.
The NWEA MAP does not import growth fields. We need these added to the import ASAP.

Test Scores - Grade level on test score entry has a decimal and does not represent the grade level correctly
When importing or manually entering the grade level for a test score the grade is shown with a decimal. e.g. 10 is entered for 10th grade and once saved the number changes to 1.0

Can "Participated" be added to the Testing Status menu in the Testing Information Box in addition to Not Passed or Passed.
Per the CDE we are only tracking Participation. It would be appropriate to be able to select participated instead of Pass or Not Passed.

PFT - Physical Fitness Testing - Update Pass/Fail (without the submission) to confirm with PFT requirement to notify Parents of results
Starting with the 21-22 results, PFT requires that parents receive their students' PFT - Physical Fitness Testing results. As such, can Aeries still provide a way to automatically update Pass/Fail without the submission information? (CDE PFT meeting 1/25/2023)
1 votePer the PFT Webinar on January 25th, 2023. According to CDE the LEAs are not required to send the PFT pass/not pass results or "Healthy Fitness Zones" to the parents. They do, however, need to report the raw scores to the students. The CDE said it would be an LEA's local decision to report the PFT scores to the parents. (also see item 6 under PFT Data in the CDE's Physical Fitness FAQ page
https://www.cde.ca.gov/ta/tg/pf/pft11fasqa.asp)
The Fitnessgram uses proprietary calculations for the VO2max and the Healthy Fitness Zones. As such, Aeries cannot calculate the pass/not passed statuses for the individual test parts. LEA staff, however, are able to hand enter the pass/not pass test statuses for each student or run mass change queries on the PFT data to set the statuses.
In testing administrations prior to COVID the PFT data would be exported from Aeries and uploaded into the…

Allow users to download unmatched student report as Excel
When importing test results in the current year, there are a large number of students who have graduated/are no longer enrolled with us (i.e. importing 2021-22 ELPAC scores into the 2022-23 database). It would be helpful to be able to download the unmatched students report as an Excel document in order to filter out the graduates and then search specifically for the students whose name changed.

Add PreACT 8/9 to College Entrance Tests
Our school, like other campuses, has our students take the PreACT 8/9 each year and it would be great to capture their scores in Aeries. It could mirror the PreACT as it has the same test sections - Composite, English, Reading, Math, Science, and STEM.
