    Enable the system to save any edits to the Residence Survey Audit when changes are made.

  5. Auto confirm when the last item is complete, or have the button be relocated to the last area confirmed.

    Having a final confirmation after confirming each item duplicates the effort and not needed. There is a lot of items for parents to get through.

    Many parents are trying to do this on their phones as they don't have a computer and trying to confirm data in Aeries on a phone is super hard/confusing and with parents that are not tech savvy. It's been a challenge and hoping Aeries can work to streamline/simplify this process.

  6. Unaccompanied Youth Section Should Not Display when Parent Selects Living in a Single Home

    The additional section, Unaccompanied Youth, should not display when the parent selects the “Living in a single-home residence that is permanent” because this selection does not equate to Homelessness.

  7. Parent Portal > Data Confirmation > Homeless Liaison

    Having the ability to add multiple contacts is great, since each school has their own liaison. However, separating the names, phone numbers, emails with a comma presents a confusing view (see attached).

    Suggestions:
    Multiple fields for multiple liaisons
    Liaison not a root level field (configurable at each school)
    Or at least a text field to configure a comprehensive view

  8. In Residence Survey Add a Comment Box and End Date.

    Add a comment box and end date option to the Residence Survey Audit. Currently, our parent liaisons will reach out to each parent/student listed in the Residence Survey Audit list to confirm Homeless/Residence status. A comment box would be beneficial to enter notes and staff initials. Even one comment box that will apply to all confirmed records.
    Also adding an End date to be populated. Since a homeless student can keep their homeless status all year we populate the end date as the last day of school when a record is created.

  9. Data Confirmation - Allow Add to Documents Confirmation Log

    It is important to us to be able to add a student record in the Documents Confirmation Log (DCL). When a family does not complete data confirmation via the parent portal, we will often have them complete a paper packet. We are able to add a record in authorizations but not in Documents.

  10. PDC Medical History - default grade and age similar to [Medical History] page

    I would like the parent data confirmation to work the same way as the page in Aeries.

    Parents often just click save without updating the age or grade, and our Nurses have to make these corrections later. (This also appears to be allowing duplicate records to be created that have to be reconciled)

    The PDC process to add a new condition to Medical History defaults the age and grade fields to zero. (PDCMedHisAgeGradeDefault1.jpg)

  12. Data Confirmation Status Report - Option to Include Pre-Enrolled Students

    Add a feature onto Data Confirmation Status Report for pre-enrolled students, or create a table for Data Confirmation Log so it can be queried.

  13. Data Confirmation Medical History Treated Like Address Changes

    We would like the Medical History module in Data Confirmation to be treated like an address change. The newly reported chronic illness should be put in quarantine before being accepted into the MHS table. The nurses want to be able to validate the illness to remove false/improper reporting.

    One idea was to treat the Status field (MHS.TG) much like (STU.TG). Statuses like Active, Pending, Inactive(No-Show) could be used to update the stage in the vetting process. Reports could be run with options for active and pending or only active.

    Part of this is exacerbated because of the new MHS record…

  14. Can you please add a "Archive" section for Portal Documents that are from prior years and not being used for current year data confirmation?

    The documents list is very impacted and we got confirmation from Aeries ticket that we cannot delete older documents that are hidden from parents views.

    If there was an Archive section, then all the documents pertaining to years past can be "archived" and out of the current document view so the list is more manageable.

  15. Bulk download for enrollment documents.

    For example if a parent uploads a 6 page lease, we can select all the docs and downloads them together instead of having to click on by one.

  16. Military Survey Audit

    We have many parents that in error click "yes" to at least one parent/guardian being active in the US Armed Forces. This results in many hours of extra work checking with parents to see if they answered accurately. Is it possible to reverse the answers to have "no" listed as the first option, and "yes" listed as the second option?

  17. Allow parents to change their answer to Foster Survey in Data confirmation

    Parents are unable to change their response to the Foster Survey question in Data Confirmation once "Yes my student is in Foster Care" is selected. Please allow parents to change their response in Data Confirmation.

  19. NSLP Online Survey Provided by USDA

    The USDA has a new online survey for the free and reduced lunch application. https://www.fns.usda.gov/cn/web-based-prototype-application

    If something like this could be added to Aeries, that would be a great benefit to our school district. My understanding is that the online survey needs to filter into an SIS system. We currently use the Income survey on our parent data confirmation, but that seems inadequate.

  20. Lock Student and Parent accounts for Parent Data Confirmation

    If you choose to use lockout mode for Parent Data Confirmation have an option to also lock the associated student accounts so that students can't see their student portal until their parent has done the data confirmation.
