The whole letter process from the GUI to the forcing us to have addresses on the print copies needs to be fixed. It would be nice to incorporate the same freedom of choice that other systems like school letters or report cards have for our own needs in our district.

This is so very needed. The formatting at the site level is far superior than the district level.

include more robust formatting options for all letter editors in Aeries (not just attendance)

It would also be nice for it to keep formatting if text is copied in. For example, if the letter is set up in Word, with indents, bullets, etc. then copied & pasted in - keep the formatting.

Yep, something along the lines as what's available for the Custom Text areas in Aeries Online Enrollment.
