Allow Contacts to be Defined at the Family Level
If parent/guardian is updated on sibling, parent/guardian gets updated on all siblings.
Use case: Staff at school site only have access to update contacts at their school site. A contact (ie. Parent/Guardian) is on a sibling record at another school site and we would like to keep the data (f.name, f.name, email, address, all phone #'s) sync'd.

Update STU.PG field and Student Emergency Card Report
The STU.PG field is not needed and difficult to maintain, please consider removing it and replacing this functionality with the following:
Since districts are entering Parent information in CON, that table should house this information and Parents/gGuardians should not be populated in two different fields and tables.
Consider using the CON.CD field to identify the parent/guardian and adding a XRF to the field for CALPADS reporting. Contacts identified with the mapped code will be reported to CALPADS.
Update the Student Emergency Card to no longer pull the STU.PG field and add an option in the report pull the identified code…

Contacts - Add Authorized to Pick-Up Field
Add a field to the contacts form indicating who is authorized to pick-up the student. Not all contacts may have this permission and in the event of emergency, this information is very important.

Contacts - Display Contact Order # on Card
Since the contact order (CON.OR) will be vital for CALPADS primary guardian reporting, it would be nice to have the contact # displayed on the info card in the Contacts page (possibly upper right hand corner).
SINCE any contacts marked as a RED FLAG are displayed at the top, it is difficult to see which contact would the primary, secondary without editing each contact record.
Data entry of the newly required Parent Education level at the contacts level means that our staff will need to review every student's contact information over the next few months to verify that the Parent/guardian…

Contacts - Add Separate Mailing and Residence Address
Currently contacts only allows for 1 address field. It would be nice if a 2nd address field could be added to be able to add home address and mailing address. Specifically for students who have parents that live and receive mail at 2 different locations. This would also help line up fields with AERIES and SEIS integration.

Highlight Primary Contact Records and Sort to top of page
The records on the Contacts page should be sorted with "Primary Contact" records at the top of the list.
Also there should be some additional visual distinction to highlight the record. ( Green/yellow box around Primary Contacts , red box around flagged contacts ).
The goal is to have more visual distinction.

Contacts - Have Fields Line Up With Each Other
Right now, CON LW (Lives with), ERH (Ed rights holder), and CD (code) display either directly under the contact name IF there's no address, or under the relationship IF there is an address. For consistency, it would be really nice to be able to scan down a page of contacts for information without having to read each line horizontally as well as vertically.

Contacts page - remove the old Contact view
We would like all of our Data Entry Clerks to use the new version of the Contacts Screen instead of the old one.
