What is being requested
The info banner on the USPS Address Verification section of the 3rd Party System Connections page should be updated to notify administrators that a paid USPS subscription is required for address validation to function. The banner currently only prompts users to register for a Consumer Key without indicating that a subscription fee is involved.Why this matters

CALPADS WBLR – Improve Messaging When No Records Qualify for Extract
Improve system messaging for the CALPADS WBLR extract when no qualifying records are found. The current experience may display a confusing “Failed!” message that includes a student ID number, which can be misleading. Updated messaging should clearly communicate when no records meet the criteria and provide a more user-friendly, informative response.

Copy Grades to Transcripts - Add Options to Exclude Select Courses
In the middle school setting, some Courses may not be preferred for inclusion on the Transcript. Add options to the Copy Grades to Transcript process that allow users to exclude selected Courses from being copied to the Transcript based on their preferences.

School of Choice - Not all fields displaying in Read Mode
When viewing a School of Choice Request in read mode, the New/Renewal field (SCR.ITN) or Current District of Residence do not display even when a value has been saved. The field only appears while the record is in edit mode, making it impossible to verify the data without editing the record.

iOS Mobile App: Courses on the Grades Tab Display Out of Chronological Order at Flex Scheduling Schools
What is happening now:
When parents or students at a Flex scheduling school log into the iOS Aeries Mobile App and navigate to the Grades tab, courses appear in the wrong order. Instead of displaying by class start time, the iOS app sorts courses by an internal sequence number that reflects the order Flex Periods were created in the system, not when they actually occur in the day. This means a class that meets at 8:00 AM may appear below a class that meets at 10:00 AM. The Android app does not have this issue and displays courses in the…1 vote -
close homeless records
Auto close homeless programs when a student exits. With the new requirement to have homeless records needing to be closed each year, can Aeries auto close a homeless records when a student exits with their exit date? If we set all homeless records to close on the last day of school, but a student leaves prior to the last day it will cause an error.

Query: Support District-Level LIST Queries with Multiple Extended/Calculated Fields
What is happening now
When a district-level LIST query includes multiple extended/calculated fields (such as ATTPERC, DISADVANTAGED, SPECIALED, 504PLAN, TITLE1CMIGRANT, HOMELESSPRG, and FOSTER_PRG), the results window opens but never populates. The same query runs successfully at the school level and when limited to a single school.Why this matters

Connect Career Pathways Internship Experiences to the Internships Page
On the Career Pathways page under the Experiences section — when a user selects Internship as the experience type, the system should connect the entry to the Internships table and use/ populate the Add/Edit Internship Record on the Internships page.
Right now our District users can enter internship information on the Career Pathways screen but it does not appear on the Internships page. When internship records entered on the Internships page they also do not appear in Career Pathways. This is causing confusion and missing data entry.
Another option would be to remove Internship as an experience type from Career…

Allow insert Test Scores via the API
As it stands, API permissions only allow for read/update in the test scores table. Without "insert", we'll always have issues with bringing in compatible data from 3rd party vendors (like Renaissance for instance).
Please add this feature, as it will save a lot of admins a fair bit of hassle/extra steps in making this data available to staff & parents.

Filter Attendance Recovery Bank by School Grade Range for Pre-Enrolled Students
The Attendance Recovery Bank currently displays pre-enrolled students whose current grade level falls outside the school’s configured grade range. For example, 6th grade students are appearing in a middle school Attendance Recovery Bank that should only include grades 7–8, and 8th grade students are appearing in a high school bank configured for grades 9–12.
Enhance the Attendance Recovery Bank logic to exclude pre-enrolled students when their current grade level is outside the school’s LOC grade range. 504 Plans: User input error messages not useful
The 504 page does not correctly handle common user input issues.
If a user enters an Effective Date that is AFTER the End Date, they get the "Unexpected Error" page.
This is NOT helpful for the user. This is a common and likely user input issue and should be displayed as such to them.

Disable Residence Survey for Adults over 25
We need the option to Disable the Residence Survey for Adult students over the age of 25 since they are not accepted by CALPADS. Per CDE: "A student in the homeless program cannot be over 25 years of age."

Declutter Payment Statement Report / Transactions
Mitigate Excessively long Payment Statement Report. We use Aeries Payments to bill for our afterschool program and students who have been going to afterschool for several years now have a Payment statement multiple pages long with many very old and fully paid off charges still printing on it.
I can see two good ways to achieve this.
The simpler method would be to add more filters, such as an option to not print fully paid charges on the Payment Statement report. This would solve the excessively long report issue but would not clean up the payment transactions themselves.

Add a Character limit error notification
Various fields in Aeries have character limits. Some of the character limits aren't so obvious, like description/comment boxes. Please add either an error that pops up when the character limit has been exceeded or add a character counter notification below the field box so that the user knows when the character limit has been exceeded.

Dental Record (DNT) — Untreated Decay and Caries Experience field labels are swapped in Query Builder, Database Definitions, and Update Code
When viewing DNT data in Query Builder, the column labeled "Untreated Decay" displays values that were entered as Caries Experience, and the column labeled "Caries Experience" displays values entered as Untreated Decay — the opposite of what was typed into the Dental form. The same reversed labels appear in Database Definitions and the Update Code Table field dropdown for the DNT table. The Dental data entry form and printed Student Dental Record display correctly, but the mismatch in Query Builder and related tools makes it difficult to trust query output or verify data for the DNT.VF and DNT.VC fields.
