Print "Pursuing" Label on Student Transcript for All Opted-In Endorsements with a Non-Completed Status
Adjust the printed Student Transcript to display a label of "Pursuing" for all Opted-in (GES.OI) endorsement statuses (GES.ST) that aren't "Completed".

Add Permissions to new SPED Video Camera Requests page
Currently only ADMIN users may access to the SPED Video Camera Requests page. Add a new permission so districts are able to grant access to users or groups to Read, insert, Update, and Delete records on this page.

Keep Most Recent GPA and Class Rank
During the New Year Rollover, bring forward the most recently calculated GPA and Class Rank for students with records at multiple schools, regardless of the school in which they will be enrolled in the new year.

Import Test Results: Support Initial ELPAC 2026-27 file layout
Aeries Import Test Results does not yet support the 2026-27 Initial ELPAC and Initial Alternate ELPAC student data file layout published by the California Department of Education. The most recent supported layout does not recognize the new fields, the renamed fields, or the updated field positions in the 2026-27 specification, so a 2026-27 file cannot be imported and will either be rejected during column validation or load misaligned values.

Edit Saved Queries
Please allow us to edit query names in our saved list. Right now if I need to edit a query (that I created), I open the saved query, make changes and then have to save the edited query under a different name. Then I go into the saved list, delete the query with the name I preferred, open the query I just edited and saved under a different name and then save it again with the original name. And then I go back and delete the edited query with the non-preferred name. This is so archaic.

Dynamic Student Groups should update automatically after imports and mass changes
When districts add or update students in bulk (for example through Import Data to Aeries, a Query change, or a Mass Change), dynamic Student Groups based on student fields do not refresh their membership until someone opens the Student Groups page in Aeries. Until the page is opened, the Student Groups API returns the previous membership, so integrations such as ParentSquare receive outdated group rosters on their next sync.
What is being requested: Dynamic (STU based) Student Group membership should be recalculated automatically after bulk operations such as Import Data to Aeries, Query changes, and Mass Changes, so the Student…7 votes -

Data Confirmation Report Format
Realign the Data Confirmation Status Report columns to match the order parents follow when completing data confirmation. The report lists Authorizations first even though that is one of the last items parents fill out. Our offices would like a clearer picture of where families are getting held up in the data confirmation process.

Filter queries by chronological date
When running a query and filtering by date field, it doesn't sort it chronologically, it sorts it numerically, which really isn't helpful at all. It would be better if it sorted it chronologically.

Autosave Medical Log
Our health offices would like for Medical Log records to save automatically rather than having to click the Save icon each time. There are a lot of subs in the health offices and they often forget to click Save after adding their records, so then all their entries are lost for the day and have to be re-entered.

Chronic Absenteeism Report Filter
The 7/21/2026 update introduced the Chronic Absenteeism Report. We would like to request the ability to apply a percentage filter when running the report. This enhancement would allow our team to easily identify and review students by different chronic absenteeism thresholds, helping us provide the appropriate tier of support for each group.

Add ability to copy attendance notes
Our attendance clerks would like to be able to copy an attendance note from one student and paste it to another student. We often have families with multiple children who all need the same attendance note (ex. family emergency, funeral, independent study, etc.) and this would save our clerks time.

Create 504 "caseload" summary on home page for teachers
Similar to the "intervention caseload" on the homepage, could we get a "504 Plan caseload" summary to show up on the home page of each Aeries staff/teacher user when they are added as a stakeholder? This would be especially helpful for teachers. Could it also include a hyperlink to the 504 page for the student, and if possible list which period/section the teacher has the student.

MFA Needs Option to "Remember This Device" for at least One Day
MFA Needs Option to "Remember This Device" for at least One Day. I have MFA on Canvas, CalPads, and Google due to Admin level access. MFA on all of those is SO MUCH BETTER than on Aeries because it doesn't require you to complete the MFA verification a hundred times every day on the same computer as Aeries does. There should be an option to "Remember This Device" on MFA for at least 12 hours so that you only have to use MFA once a day instead literally dozens of times.

Student ID #'s on second page of SBG
Can AERIES please make is so that the student's ID can appear on the second page of the SBG's? Asking because we would like to send them out on ParentSquare and in order for this to happen, they need to have the student's ID in the same location on both pages.

Add permission for Import Data to FLG table
Add an Insert Permission for FLG table, so that non-Admins may be authorized to Mass Update FLG, which is presently locked to Admin accounts only.
"Unfortunately, the FLG table is one that does not have the "Insert" permission as an option. And "Insert" and "Mass Update" are required for a table to show in the Import Data to Aeries list. So only Admin type of accounts can Import Data to Aeries for FLG."

School of Choice Request - Additions
Our student service department is requesting features to be added to School of Choice. One feature is to auto fill the grade with NG when they are filling out their next year transfer request If possible or a report that shows students who created SCR with the wrong grade. Also they would like to see the School choices be limited based on students grade/ng. We had parents create request to our middle schools with students in elementary grades like 2nd.

Transcript: Enhance TTP : Test Administration Data
We would like Transcript Definitions (TTP) to align with the Texas Academic Achievement Record (AAR) 2024 requirements.
For each of the five EOC subjects, transcripts should display:
Highest performance level earned
Administration name
Year of administration (YYYY format)
Our Testing Department requires that transcripts display not only the highest EOC performance level earned, but also the administration name and year associated with that performance level.1 vote
