  1. TOMS EDS: Translation Glossary (NEDS) Default Language

    Can the default state of this drop-down be set to blank/null? Instead of defaulting to a language (Arabic), we request that the system display a warning message or validation error (e.g., "Please select a language") to remind the user to make an active selection before saving/uploading.

  2. Prevent Loss of Scheduling Data

    Automatically make a backup of the Scheduling Results tables anytime someone runs the Scheduling Setup functions to "Blank out SMS" or "Blank out SSS". That way, results can be immediately restored.

  4. Improve Student Search Consistency When Names Contain Special Characters

    Student Search should handle special characters (such as hyphens, apostrophes, commas, and accent marks) consistently across all name‑based searches. Currently, results can vary depending on how a name is entered and where special characters appear, which may make it harder for users to locate students. This enhancement would improve search consistency and usability by making results more predictable when special characters are present.

  5. Next Year Calendar Page Issue Reported Post 4/1/26 Release

    An issue has been reported regarding the Next Year Calendar page that was introduced in the 4/1/26 release.

    When using the option to Eliminate a Week From Calendar, the Monday date can be adjusted and the new dates will adjust; however, once save is clicked, the Tues-Fri dates revert back.

  7. Attendance Recovery Bank Page — District Settings Warning & Minutes Utilized Population

    To ensure the page functions correctly and to quickly take corrective action, add a warning message on the Attendance Recovery Bank (ARB) page when required District Settings are missing or when Minutes Utilized (ATT.AMU) records are unpopulated for Attendance Recovery-defined attendance records.

  9. TX Senior Preliminary Class Rank Listing Report– Show Full GPA When Value is 100 or Above

    When printing the Senior Preliminary Class Rank Listing report, any student with a GPA of 100 or greater has their decimal digits cut off — for example, a GPA of 100.1234 prints as simply "100." This makes the report inaccurate for schools using weighted or alternative GPA scales where values can reach or exceed 100. Please display the full decimal values on this report.

  10. CA Ed-Fi: Include Student Cumulative GPA Data in the StudentAcademicRecord Sync

    The Cumulative GPA data element is not currently included in the StudentAcademicRecord Ed-Fi entity. Please add this element to the entity so we can use this for reporting and creating dashboards.

  11. Students missing the Student Education Organization Association entity and triggering the PEIMS Error 40110-0001

    Students that have multiple Enrollment (ENR) records in the current school year where enrollment at a prior school has been deleted (DEL-tagged) are failing to send a record in the Student Education Organization Association entity. The entity must be updated to exclude these deleted ENR records when evaluating the student's enrollment status for the current school year.

  12. Support New 2024–2025 AP Course Pathways in CCI Student Summary

    For the 2024–2025 California School Dashboard, CDE introduced new AP pathways for the College/Career Indicator (CCI), including AP course‑based and combined course/exam options. The CCI Student Summary currently evaluates AP readiness using AP exam results only. This request is to support the updated AP pathways so student CCI status is accurately reflected.

  14. Block/stop sending pre-enrolled students grade alert thresholds to ParentSquare

    Students who are pre-enrolled and also currently enrolled in our district are having duplicate assessment thresholds sent to parents- one for their current site, and another for the pre-enrolled site. Aeries is creating and sending two request ID's to ParentSquare to trigger the notifications for any thresholds created by parents resulting in a duplicate alert. Aeries should NOT be sending requests for alerts to ParentSquare for sites the student is pre-enrolled at. The only workaround floated was to block the * tag on the ParentSquare end but doing so we would not be able to send communications to pre-enrolled students…

  15. TREx Student Record Export Omitting Special Education Indicator for Non-SPED Students

    The TREx Student Record export file is omitting the Special Education indicator of '0' for students that are NOT receiving SPED services. Aeries documentation for the TREx export file indicates that the SPED indicator is sent as '0' when the student is non-SPED.

  16. Behavior emergency improvement

    When you click on the magnifying glass, it goes to a completely different Incident ID, student, and school (Behavior Emergency)

    (see attached picture)

    Since behavior emergency is tucked into an assertive discipline tab, along with its own listing drop-down, the incident ID should link…meaning if you click on the magnifying glass, you see if there is an ADS incident associated with the behavior emergency.

    EXAMPLE:
    1. A student gets suspended, so it’s entered into Assertive Discipline. Incident ID is created.
    2. Later, a staff member is entering a behavior emergency for the same student, clicks on the magnifying glass to…

  18. Requesting that students Final Marks be added to the Category Summary data when running a Gradebook Summary

    We do a lot of looking at how the categories compare to the students final grades. When we run a “Gradebook Summary” Report, the students grade in the class is shown with the gradebook score (that’s needed) but in order to see patterns between the category scores and the students overall scores, I have to manually place them next to the Category Summary data. Can the student Overall Mark PLEASE be added in an additional column at the end of the Category Summary?   19. Analytics (LCAP Dashboard): Support new SBAC/CAST Achievement Level Descriptors for 25/26+ without altering prior-year labels

    In Aeries Analytics (LCAP Dashboard), SBAC charts currently display legacy achievement level wording (Exceeded/Met/Nearly Met/Not Met). With CDE changing the terminology for 25/26+ results to Advanced/Proficient/Developing/Minimal, Aeries should update Analytics so the displayed descriptors match the correct testing administration year.

    To avoid confusing or misrepresenting historical data, Analytics should support year-aware descriptors (e.g., legacy descriptors for prior-year administrations and new descriptors for 25/26+). This may require introducing a new or versioned Analytics metric/label layout for 25/26+ while keeping the existing one for historical reporting.

  20. CAASPP 25/26+: Update SBAC (ELA/Math) & CAST Achievement Level Descriptors to Advanced/Proficient/Developing/Minimal

    CDE has updated the Achievement Level Descriptor wording for SBAC (ELA/Math) and CAST beginning with 25/26 results. Aeries should display the new descriptor wording wherever CAASPP achievement levels are shown (ex: Test Scores performance levels and Test Details), and ensure supporting code tables reflect the updated terminology.

    Old descriptors: Standard Exceeded / Standard Met / Standard Nearly Met / Standard Not Met
    New descriptors (25/26+): Advanced / Proficient / Developing / Minimal
