CAASPP TOMS Test Settings Returns 403 "Not Associated with Specified LEA or School" When Identifier Fields Contain Non-CDS Values
When a district submits or deletes CAASPP test settings through Aeries, TOMS returns the error "This student is not associated with the specified LEA or school" if the district has a non-CDS value in the "Public CDS or Unique District Identifier" field on the Schools page under Security for External Connections. Aeries sends the value in that field to TOMS as the district identifier, so when the field contains something other than the district CDS code, TOMS cannot match the student and rejects the update, even though the student is correctly enrolled in CALPADS and appears in TOMS with the…

Prevent locally-defined At-Risk indicators from creating a State At-Risk program record
Districts can define their own local At-Risk indicators to track students for internal purposes, but any At-Risk indicator currently causes a State At-Risk program record to be created for that student. This means students flagged only on a local indicator are counted as At-Risk for state reporting, overstating the district's reported At-Risk population. Districts need a way to track a local At-Risk indicator without it affecting the state-reported At-Risk count.

Update TREx to meet 2026-27 Data Standards
Update Aeries to track completion or authorized opt-out of Texas’s new Direct Admissions graduation requirement for students enrolled in 2026–2027 and include the applicable information in the AAR/TREx process. TREx exports should comply with TEA’s 2027.1.0 XSD, including required data elements, codes, validation, and XML structure, so districts can generate compliant records without manual changes.

SPRG extract uses the school-wide last day instead of each student's track calendar for program end dates in multi-track schools
In multi-track schools where tracks end on different days, the CALPADS SPRG extract sets program record end dates to the school's last active day across all tracks instead of each student's assigned track end date, so students on earlier-ending tracks receive a program end date that falls after their enrollment exit date and CA.

Let administrators choose whether Guardian Email is required on enrollment forms
Currently, when setting up Guardian Information on Enroll Path enrollment forms, administrators cannot change the "Required" setting for the Guardian Email Address field — it is fixed and cannot be toggled. Some districts want to make Guardian Email required so families must provide it during enrollment.
What is being requested: Give administrators the ability to control whether the Guardian Email Address field (and similar guardian contact fields) is required on their enrollment forms, directly from the form editor.
Why this matters: Districts that rely on guardian email for communication and portal access want to ensure it is collected during enrollment,…2 votes -
Enroll Path: Only show grade levels used by the school in SIS Integration grade mapping
When mapping Grade Level codes on the SIS Integration page, districts currently see every possible grade level (Pre-K through 18th grade), even when their schools only serve a smaller range. Grades the school doesn't offer still show up needing a mapping.

Include College Credit Only courses (Course Level 23) in the CCI College Credit measure
The College/Career Indicator (CCI) College Credit measure currently counts only Dual Credit courses (Course Level 24) and does not count College Credit Only courses (Course Level 23), so students who complete College Credit Only coursework are not reflected in the College Credit measure even though the 2025 CDE Dashboard Technical G

Extend CALPADS Summer Graduate one day enrollment logic to underclassmen who graduate early
Aeries currently supports the CALPADS Summer Graduate one day enrollment logic, which creates a one day enrollment record for a student who finishes graduation requirements over the summer, but this only works for grade 12 students. Districts also have underclassmen in grades below 12 who graduate early and complete their requirements before the August 15 deadline, and today the one day logic is not applied to them, so no one day enrollment record is created with the E155 exit reason and School Completion Status 100. We would like Aeries to honor this one day enrollment logic for students below grade…

Add Static Instructional Notes with Hyperlinks to Custom Table Pages
Custom Table Fields currently only support Text, DropDown, Date, Time, Memo, Number, Boolean, Phone, and blank line separators. There's no way to add static, read-only instructional text to a Custom Table page to guide staff filling out the form.
Requested functionality: a new field type that displays static text with support for a basic hyperlink, not tied to an editable column — so districts can point staff to an external reference or guidance document relevant to that section of the form.

Clearly Differentiate Most Recent and Previous Login Dates
The Users page displays the Current Login Date/Time (UGN.CDT) under the label Last Login Date/Time, which can be misleading because the label suggests the value represents the previous login (UGN.LDT). Enhance the page by updating the labels to clearly identify Most Recent Login and Previous Login

Seating Chart Print out inaccurate
The issue is that if a teacher moves a student after creating the chart, it does not save the change, and when they print, the seating chart prints the default one, not the new one. There is no way to adjust the seating after you make the chart. It will automatically print the old version.
