  4. TX Final Year Mark: Enhance Grade Calculation for Same Service ID for Multiple Courses

    When calculating average marks, the system currently only considers one prior and one current GRD record per Service ID. It does not account for scenarios where multiple GRD records exist for the same Service ID—either multiple current or multiple past marks—potentially leading to inaccurate grade averaging.     When Printing using the Print button on the student Interventions page or from View All Reports, the report lists the Intervention records in order of Date Time (DTS) added in Descending order. Add an option to be able to print the report in Intervention record date (INV.DT) order

  9. Residence Survey Audit - Custom Date not honored

    In CA, for the Residence Survey Audit process, when the Custom Date option is selected and the Participation Date field is populated with a date value, the system is not honoring the Custom Date. Instead, the Date Submitted is being populated in the PGM table. Also, when the Date Submitted option is selected, only the Eligibility Start Date (PGM.ESD) should get populated. Currently, the process is populating both Eligibility (PGM.ESD) and Participation (PGM.PSD). The only time both of these fields should be populated is if the Custom Date is used, per documenation.

    Currently, the limit is four (4), which forces us to collect additional contacts on a separate form.

  12. Dynamic Student Group based on MST or CRS table

    Allow a course number (or section or subject) to be used as defining criteria for a dynamic Student Group. For instance, all of our extracurricular activities are also courses (sports, drill team, dance, art, band, etc.). And we have different people managing each of those groups. From what I can understand from the documentation, student groups can only be created from info on the STU table. And we don't have enough real estate on the STU table for students that are in multiple groups.   13. Request to Change 'Add Record' Button Text to 'Add Insurance' on Insurance Info Page

    Is it possible to change the view and/or language on the add record button in the insurance info page? Currently, it looks like the add button is referring to adding a health problem and not an insurance provider in PDC.

    Could it read add insurance instead of add record?

    When the 'unverified absence' option is selected, display all codes in all periods and All Day code instead of just absence codes. Selecting the option "unverified absences' should be a filter to limit to students with at least 1 unverified absence code but not displaying only absence codes

  20. Course Credits Change Rollover Function

    At this time when course credits are changed, this change will not roll over to SMS/MST/GRD/HIS because these are point-in-time data fields from when they are created. Course credits are housed in all of these tables which would require mass changes to each. A tool to find credits differences between tables/references and to execute changes from would be helpful in expediting this process.
