New UI: Some color/highlighting choices are causing potential issues
When the UI-Modernization was released, some issues were identified related to color and/or highlighting choices that are potentially causing problems for certain customers. There is a need to quickly address these areas so customers are able to work successfully in the product. The areas to be immediately addressed are as follows:
*More explicit visualization that the customer is in a prior year database

Keep/Skip Query Notification Message
When a Keep/Skip Query is performed the notification message informing student records are being skipped only appears at the top of the page. Enhance the product so that the message is viewable when the user scrolls down the page in a color that stands out to the user.

View All Reports "Students with Absences" should be available at the district level
Students with Absences can only be run at the school level. Make the report available at the district level.
- Aeries > School > Reports > View All Reports > Filter for Students with Absences > Run the report
Make this report available to the district level.

Contact Changes in the LOG Table
Enhance the product to increase the amount of logging for contact changes for all accounts (parent/student/teacher/admin) to ensure that all changes (create/update/delete) made to contact information are captured.

Method in assertive discipline to automatically email teachers of student suspension
It would be really nice to have an action button in assertive discipline that admin could click to automatically send to the students teacher that they have earned a suspension.

Online Enrollment - Home Language Survey Report
We would like to know if the student IDs and DoB can be added to the pre-built Home Language Survey report, not a query, either by Aeries or by end users.
Please adjust the state-defined reports to include Stu ID and Birthdate

Parent Data Confirmation for the Residence Survey for CDE 2021 Guidelines translate for Spanish for Unaccompanied Youth section and Your Child or Children's rights. When you log in using the Lanuguae Spanish it still displays in English. The questions are shown in Spanish but the rest are still in English

We need a place to track Athletic Physicals by date/ expiration date. Additionally, it would be nice to track participation in sports, clubs, etc. at the middle school level.

Home language survey - Language Options
Add the ability for parents to select more than one language for each question. Our EL coordinator stated CDE allows parents to enter more than one language for each question on the survey. Because this is not a current feature in Online Enrollment we continue to collect Home Language Survey in paper form.

SBG Progress report
Now that we have the option to do SBG progress reports, we would like separate standards based options. Our report card is two pages but the progress report is only one. We could have options to print report cards portrait and progress reports landscape. We don't necessarily want the language option on the progress report but we do on the report card. If we had separate options we can set them for each and not have to go back and forth for each reporting period. We would also like the ability to removed the 2nd page on progress reports as…
