Special Education: Update SELPA Codes list for Santa Clara County SELPA Restructuring
Santa Clara County has restructured its SELPA designations, and the Special Education page needs to reflect these changes. We recommend updating the SELPA code list to include the new North West and South East SELPA names, while clearly marking the older codes as (No longer in use).

Add Email Notifications When a Custom Table record is submitted/updated
Willits Unified School District created a Custom Behavior Referral table in Aeries to replace our SWIS system districtwide. Teachers now enter referrals directly into Aeries, but there is no way to automatically notify site staff when a new record is submitted. We are requesting an enhancement that sends an email or system alert when a new Behavior Referral is created or updated. This would ensure timely follow-up by administrators and counselors, improve communication, and eliminate the need for manual monitoring. MST Board or Custom Table for Alt. Ed. Scheduling
Create a Alt. Ed. scheduling setting for the MST board or a custom table that gives you the ability to see what course the student is scheduled in with a school that is utilizing Alt. Ed. scheduling. This will improve scheduling monitoring.

Ethnic Studies Indicator in Courses and Transcripts
AB 101 requires CA high school students to take ethnic studies to graduate. Can we add a field in Courses > Other to mark which courses meet this requirement - as we have for Algebra 1? We will need this notated on transcripts as well.

Update code Table - Sort Order
When adding codes to the "Update Code Table" The order is pre populated with numbers on top and alphabets underneith in ABC order. For instance I have to make a user field for SARB and the drop down is in the order of 1, 2, 3 and PRE last when I would like to put the PRE SARB letter before the 1.

Required Fields should be allowed to be added to a Custom Tables, right now it is not possible.

Allow dashboards to be created for Custom Tables
Now that we're moving toward the idea of distance learning through next school year, it could be really helpful to have a Dashboard for the Wellness page which was created using a custom table (once we start using it!) that would work like the Assertive Discipline and Interventions dashboards to quickly drill down into the various categories of Wellness.

Allow “class view” custom table.
Allow creation of “list view” type custom tables to ease data collection. The form should show a scrolling, tabular view (with locked headers) of all the fields on the custom form.

Allow specifying a field in a custom table as “Read Only”
Most useful for views, this would allow for cross referenced information to be displayed, such as test scores or grades.
