Requesting Date Fields in HIS for Hand Entered Courses on the Transcript
For state reporting, districts are required to report all high school credit courses completed during the current school year in the PEIMS Summer submission. When students complete high school credit courses outside of the regular school day schedule or virtually/online, the completed course information is manually entered to the transcript - there is no course section in the master schedule associated to the completed course. TX: Initialize ATT/CAR - Evaluate Start Date when Teacher Only day with Staff Development Waiver and Waiver Minutes

The process should evaluate a Teacher Only day with reportable Staff Development Waiver and Waiver Minutes and use the next instructional day to populate ATT and CAR records.

Graduation Status - Graduation Track is not green highlighted for state reporting in Texas
Graduation Track (STU.GRT) is not state reporting green highlighted on the Graduation Status page, but is green highlighted on the Transcripts page. I think they should both be green, for FHSP-PARTICIPANT-CODE.

Attendance Reporting Periods - Difficult to create different instructional programs
The Attendance Reporting Periods table was designed specifically to mirror how TSDS sets up the ReportingPeriodExtension. Separate sets of records for each Instructional Program Type are required. Aeries can make this easier by allowing the user to copy existing Attendance Reporting Period data into a new track, like we do on the Calendar page.

Rule 44425-0060 If DISCIPLINARY-ACTION-REASON-CODE is "21", "22", "23", "41", "55", "56", or "61", then BEHAVIOR-LOCATION-CODE must be "00".
Rule 44425-0060 If DISCIPLINARY-ACTION-REASON-CODE is "21", "22", "23", "41", "55", "56", or "61", then BEHAVIOR-LOCATION-CODE must be "00".
Even if the ADS location is not 00 it needs to become 00 in the PEIMS extract for these listed codes.3 votes
