    CRDC - Add an option to not process Virtual Schools. When including the Reporting School, only include for schools that are selected in the Schools selection page OR Ignore Reporting school if Virtual School is NOT selected on the Schools to include page.

  12. Allow 2 character absence codes

    With all of the new absence codes we had to add for Distance Learning and now the ones we have to add for COVID related absences for P-EBT, we have run out of letters and have used almost half of the numbers and really need 2 character absence codes to be allowed in the system.

  14. Exclude record from SDEM flag for STF records

    It would be ideal if there was a flag for excluding certain STF records from being pulled in SDEM files. We now have virtually all staff records in Aeries for ParentSquare, which we use for COVID daily screening, and we need a better way to exclude classified staff and sub teachers who have SEIDs. We have more of these than you might think, as many people got a SEID as a sub or they failed a credentialing program and now work in classified roles, like Instructional Assistants or Clerical staff.   16. Parent Portal Change Request Email- Only 1 email be sent for address change

    Parent Portal - Change Request Notifications. We are getting multiple emails for the same change. It would be nice if only one email was sent out for any address change instead of multiple emails for any address field change.

  17. Create Shared Gradebooks functionality

    MST.TN is the Teacher of Record.

    MST.TN2 and MST.TN3, co-teaching fields, should have the MST.TN gradebooks auto-populate in their Teacher Portal accounts mirroring the Teacher of Record setup.

    Create a parent/child relationship within shared gradebooks : mirror linked or unlinked gradebooks as the Teacher of Record.

    This would mean the Teacher of Record would have to approve all gradebook changes - this would prevent gradebooks from disappearing.

    Additionally adding a gradebook option where the Teacher of Record (parent gradebook) would allow a TN2 and/or TN3 co-teacher (child gradebooks) RUID access to make change in the gradebook without the Teacher of…

  18. Add GRC and ABS to Analytics to support new indicator features

    With the ability to create indicators based on any table and field, if the primary table is not available, these new feature do not apply. Adding GRC and ABS allows for many variations on building indicators and allows customers to build things like: F's on a report card, Period Attendance values, etc.

  20. Authentication with Microsoft Azure AD Services

    We are making the migrating Microsoft Azure AD Identity Services (along with a host of other Azure services: SSPR, biometric sign-in, MFA, one-drive, and more, oh my!). It would be beneficial to all teachers, staff, and administrators to have an AZURE AD option enabled to allow quick seamless sign-in to Aeries portals. The google integration works great, but we are moving away from google.

    THE WHY - The feature would enable a smoother sign in process for end users and promotes a more secure environment for district technology departments.
