    Need to have a way to setup different Grading Periods for Quarter/Semester/Year classes to assist with grading scenarios where Grading Periods in a school with Fall and Year sections have an average grade for the Fall sections and different average grade for Year

  2. Parent Data Confirmation - Allow option to transfer to another school

    The Parent Data Confirmation currently does not follow the student if they change schools because of the possibility of different questions, authorizations etc.

    When a student changes schools, allow the Parent Data Confirmation records from ICL table to be copied to the new school. This will allow parents the ability to complete the process at the new school and finish where they left off. Many documents are Districtwide documents and are the same for each school.

  5. Send Email - Allow a co-teacher to appear in screen

    Case carriers are in the need to send this email list to Counselors and other staff members. Unfortunately, the co-teacher (teacher #2) is not listed as a recipient, and we will like to have them included for easy notifications when gathering for IEP or other student-related program meetings.

  7. Allow Districts to determine default values in ADA Make Up creation

    We would love the ability to have our only ADA Make Up code be defaulted when adding the note. We would also like the date in ADA Make Up to be todays date (GETDATE). This allows for quicker data entry for attendance staff. Thank you!

  10. Cal Grant GPA Export - Add Option to Use College Board Code for the Students' Reporting Home School

    We have a Virtual Academy Campus 95 that is being used for Independent Study for our High School Students. The school does not have a College Board Code or a CDS code. all students in this school use their reporting home school.
    We would like these students to be included in the CAL Grant extract using their reporting home school's College Board Code.

    We would like a Electronic Signature feature that we could link to:

    -- Current Student Document
    -- Aeries Form / Page

    More Background
    Our District Our schools use the Student Documents ( StudentDocuments.aspx ) area in Aeries to maintain 504 documents.

    Our staff has been using third party tools to digitally send the documents to the parents to sign and return and then they re-upload another copy to Student Documents.

    If Aeries had a form "Signature Contracts" that we could link to an Aeries form and Student Document, we can then send it to the parent ( similar to Independent…

  12. Create Substitute Teacher Accounts - When a school is assigned in STA then the staff member shows up in the Create Substitute Teacher page.

    When school site staff go to create a substitute account the page shows all staff members associated with that school. Can this be updated so that it only shows staff members (Teachers) currently assigned to a school.

  13. Emergency Contacts - Ability to hide aspects of contact info from other parents

    For separated parents who want to protect their personal information (address, employer, email, phone number) from the other parent, we need the ability to restrict what parents get to see that won't just hide all contact info from everyone. Basically, we need a way for a parent to see their own info and and maybe just the name/relationship for the other guardians. This will enable parents in these situations to feel safe with providing this important information that we need on file.

  14. Link User Names to User Accounts in Groups and vice versa

    When I search for a Group, I would like to be able to click on a User and either go to their user account or emulate. When I search for a user, I would like to be able to click on a Group assigned to them and open that Group.

  15. Master Schedule - Add Teacher Filter

    Add filter to MST/SMS to search for sections by teacher. Current workflow when troubleshooting is: Go to Teachers. Search. Click a section. Click the Teacher Name to go back to Teachers. Click the next section, etc.

  16. Mass Add Attendance Notes

    Currently, Mass Change Period Absences only works for updating one day at a time which means attendance notes can only be added one day at a time. It would be helpful to be able to update attendance notes for a date range, ex: add same attendance note 9/13/21-9/15/21.

  17. Editing a Linked Contact Record

    When trying to edit a linked contact record, in order to save the record, you have to first change the Field Description to None and save. Then you can go back and select the field Description that you want to save and link. Otherwise, the change is not saved on the Demographics Screen.

  18. Class Roster Report- allow the report to retain the last options added for STU Fields to Print

    When teachers run the Class Roster Report, please allow the report to retain the last options for adding STU Fields to print that the user selected when running the Report. This will allow the teachers to run the report without having to re-enter the STU Fields to Print each time when they run the Class Roster Report.

  20. Online Enrollment - Add Enrollment ID

    For easier locating and tracking, give the parent the Enrollment ID# (kind of like an application #) That they can write down to keep track and allow us to search by the enrollment id# and not only birthday and name. Its a unique number and would be a lot quicker to locate the application.
