Enrollment History Displaying Teacher Name with Flex Scheduling
Now that we are using Flex scheduling district-wide, teachers names are not appearing in Enrollment History. The office staff and teachers find that information in Enrollment History extremely useful. I understand you can see who the teacher is in Course Attendance but it's only for the current year. The sites need historical data including teacher names from past years.
Please find a way to add the teacher's name back to Enrollment History when working with Flex Scheduling. Thank you.46 votes -
Allow More than 3 Fee Letters in Fee Letter Text Editor
Currently there is a limit to three letters in Fee Letter Text Editor. However, for districts that send out various letters this can be quite frustrating as you currently would need to change the letter each time you wanted to use a different template beyond the first three. It would be great if there was not a limit on fee letters.

Subject AB 1266 Transgender rights
With AB 1266 and transgender student privacy, we are running into issues with confidentiality in Aeries. For example, a female transgender student wants to go by their preferred name and not share with a legal parent/guardian. However, when the preferred name is entered in Aeries as well as the legal name, the preferred name is showing up on all parent communication and parent portal.
Can we find a way to have the preferred name listed on all?

Alpha Order Reset on Teacher Name Selection in Reports
When highlighting Teacher names in the alphabetical Teacher selection field on Weekly Attendance reports or in Class Rosters, the list of Teacher names jumps back to the top after each selection. It becomes time consuming to scroll through the list for each selection, especially as staff reaches mid to end of the list. Please enhance so the list of names does not jump back to the top after each selection.

Force Red Flags as Pop-Up Message
Add option to force a pop-up that shows custom red flag information that is applied to a student demographics page or student contacts page or student's medical page. Pop-up should function similarly to session expiration message, pausing all page functions until pop-up is acknowledged or closed. Pop-up should display red flag information data, such as parent/contact restraining orders, medical or food allergy warnings, or other critical messages that could otherwise be ignored. Multi Student Search - Display More Fields
Add the ability to customize which fields display on the Multi Student Search Results list, allowing for at least 4 more fields to display. The ones I most wish to see are: CID, LF, SP, AP1

Improve the Search Functionality
We have had several complaints about how the student search works. Users cannot enter First Last because it pulls no results. Similarly, two last names with no hyphen does not work. Fuzzy search makes it worse.
It would be helpful to have a more dynamic/intuitive search similar to how the ctrl+F command works, as most other SIS have.1 vote -
REPORT Request: Identify students who have enrollment leave date and NOT re-enrolled during the school year within the district
We would like to identify students who ended enrollment in a school site during the current school year and did NOT re-enroll into the same school or enroll into another school within the District during the same school year. Query does not support this data request at this time. This would help identify ACTUAL losses from the District during the school year.

CCMR - College, Career & Military Readiness Status
We would like for CCMR Status to be easily seen like the endorsement widgets on the Student Profile. If marked as complete, it would list the indicators they have completed. A report that can list all students in the school and their status/indicators completed would also pair nicely with this.

Identify 18YO High School Students
For high school seniors who are 18 years old who do not want parents to have access to their records - a field to identify them. The field could be used to query/KEEP/ or create student groups, but also identify to vendors (Naviance, Canvas, ParentSquare, SportsNet and others) to not share (or limit access) data with parents. Currently, our only option is to change Contacts records, which is inadequate. Also, a notice (similar to what pops up when putting in an assertive discipline record on a special ed student) to remind counselors and staff to include student in all attendance…

Red Flag Date incorrect
On occasion when reenrolling a student the Red Flags will show the date of enrollment with the User name - appearing like a new note.
This can be confusing because the original user may no longer work at the site. A best practice is to review all Red Flags at enrollment.2 votes -
Mass Import Files to Student Documents
Requesting the ability to mass import files such as PDFs into Student Documents. The filenames would be the students' ID numbers. The import should match on student ID. The import should have the ability to mass populate dates, categories, subcategories, and related to fields as well as the ability to lock the records being imported.

Student Documents Required Fields
Could we please add the ability to make required fields in the DOC Table. We would like to start using Student Documents in association with the Parent portal but my not necessarily want parents to see all docs. If the DOC.TY is blank then parents automatically have access to the documents if they have read access to DOC. If staff members miss that on an uploaded Counseling document or something of that sort it could break the trust of the student and counselor when the parent sees it. Add code table number to drop down menu-Early Childhood Development program type
The current menu for Early Childhood Development (Texas) has the code table description but not the actual code. Data entry would be easier if the number were in the menu.

Check box to allow or disallow parents to view student alias
Have an option to show or not show the student alias to parents in the parent portal/reports cards etc... For instance, if a student has an alias but the parents are not aware there should be an option for admin to check so that the legal name shows on all documents like report cards and parent portals but keeps the student portal showing the alias. This way we are not outing students and also not deadnaming them.

Leaving the Student Name and Grade Stationary at the top when scrolling through pages
Leaving the student name and grade stationary on the top of the screen when scrolling. This would help with inputting data as reference instead of having to scroll up to see the name and grade.
