Vision Screening State Report - Show Student Detail
We need the ability to see which students are included in the report to verify accuracy. The queries provided in the documentation do not always provide the same totals if students have switched schools.

medical history status tag
I would like the MHS.TG status tag to actually do something. We have a lot of expired/inactive records on the Medical History page, but they still appear on the Student Medical History report. There is an option to limit by date, but you have to know the EXACT dates in order for it to do anything. It DOES NOT work as a greater than or less than the dates...

Only allow 1 primary insurance for the insurance form
With the new insurance form, the system does not prohibit a student having multiple primary insurers at the same time. When you pull the data you get multiple records when in actuality a student only has one primary coverage and additional coverage would be secondary. If we can only allow for one primary insurer or look at dates as coverage can change based on the dates. etc. That would help narrow the issue of a parent selecting multiple primary insurers.

Option to Configure Immunization Logic for Students 18+
Provide a District Settings option that allows districts to determine how immunization compliance is applied for students aged 18 and older. This would give districts flexibility to align with local policies and practices without requiring additional exemptions or manual workarounds.

Medications page for Weekly meds and link to Daily Medical Log page
Our health techs would like the "Medications" page to have the option to enter meds that are required once a week (and not just as needed or various times during a day) and then this should show up in the Daily Medical Log page when the particular day occurs. For example, stu 12345 needs albuterol every Wed before PE class. So on Mon Tues Thur Fri, the Daily Medical Log will not show stu 12345. However on Wed, the Daily Medical Log will show stu 12345 as an entry.

Option to limit changes to Medical History, Medical Log, & Medical Notes records
My district administration has been directed by our Board to request that the student medical screens Medical Log (MED), Medical Notes (MNO), and Medical History (MHS) be updated so that only the users who added the record (or designated Admin users) can edit/update the record. They are envisioning that this works in a similar way to the Student Documents screen.

Immunization Exemption and Vaccination Date Data Audit
Create an audit to analyze student immunization information where vaccine dose dates and exemption dates are both present to help audit if an exemption date was not removed or if vaccination doses exist when an exemption date also exists. This would also help in scenarios where a student has the same date populated for multiple doses of the same vaccine.

Medical Pages - Field Automation & Validation Enhancements
In the Medical Log can we auto-populate the fields of Billing Code and Initials based on User Sign-in credentials?
If we cannot auto-populate, can we make it a "hard stop" so that the user cannot proceed with saving the record without entering the appropriate info in these fields?
Can we auto-populate the Start Date/End Date to be the date that the Medical Log Record was added?

User Fields to Medical Log and Daily Medical Log would really help our Health Department query and assess points of critical medical information of students with medical issues could that need emergency attention such as glucose levels.

Create a section next to medical problems where staff can enter the students food allergies. This will help the kitchen staff quickly identify students with food allergies.

Medical Log Alert
Our local health department wants parents to be notified whenever their child goes to the office. We'd like the ability for parents to receive an "alert" (email) when a Medical Log record is created or perhaps at the end of the day?

Make the missing immunization letter process more like the truancy letter process.
I would like to see the missing immunization letter updated to the same process as the truancy letters. Instead of having to run the missing immunization report, then use the query tag to run the letters, you just have an immunization letter process similar to running truancy letters. it's an all year process just like truancy and is a lot of work so I think it would be easier for sites. With these features if possible:

Medication Schedule Page - Add field that calculates remaining doses
Parents are providing pill bottles or various amounts of medication to the Health clerks.
It would be beneficial to track in Aeries how much the parent provided and how much of that medication is left after the dose is administered.
This would involve a calculation where the user can enter the total amount the parent provided, and as the doses are administered, it would subtract from that total to show the remaining doses left.
