  3. Standards Based Progress Dashboard - Display Current Term Marks on y-axis and on Gradebook Details > Standards

    Modify the y-axis on the Standards Based Progress Dashboard to display the current term Mark values when the Portal Option > Grades > "Display Only Marks for Teachers, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks)" is set to True.

    Also modify the "calculated" values in the Standards Based Progress Dashboard Details to use the current term Mark values when the Portal Option > Grades > "Display Only Marks for Teachers, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks)" is set to True.

    When students have moved from one school to another and back again to the first school during the course of the 2020 school year, their Behavioral Emergency record is being counted in both schools.

  6. Student Programs Report needs an option for "Active Programs Only"

    The Student Program Report is printing information for programs that have an end date. When the report is run for the Transitional Kindergarten program, it shows results for students who were in the program the previous school year and have since had an end date added. An option needs to be added to only display Active/Current program information.

    Please provide a way for (Long Term Independent Study) School to utilize the LCAP Dashboard for Chronic Absenteeism when having to use the Incomplete/Verified Not Absent code.

  8. Allow tooltips that show the query code for a field.

    This is a feature that used to be activated on the SQL version of Aeries. It would be such a time saver to be able to hover the cursor over a field and have the table and field query field code pop up.

    We are currently working on a project to have table and field overlays for every page in our system. This is partially completed already, but will continue to be worked on throughout this year. These are accessible via the table and field icon in the top right corner.
