  1. CALPADS: Exclude Standards Grade Level Range for Specific State Course Codes and Instructional Levels 23 or 24

    To prevent the CALPADS fatal error CRSC0636, enhance the CRSC extract file to not automatically insert a Standards Grade Level Range (CRS.SGR) for courses with the following State Course Codes (CRS.C3): 7000 - 8999, 9020, 9082, 9096, 9120, 9154, 9200, 9227, 9273, 9303, 9358, and Course Instructional Level Codes (CRS.CL): 23 (College Credit Only) or 24 (Dual Credit).

  4. Summer School Course Request setting - YSOD on SMS/MST

    In TX, when the Summer School Course Request Scheduling option is enabled, the MST and SMS pages are not displaying the student list due to missing logic for displaying the Language Fluency specifically for PGM.TY = 148. This information was updated in Aug 2024 and did not account for viewing course requests from the SSR table which is used for Summer School. Function needs to include SSR tables for displaying students on the SMS and MST pages, including Wait List tabs.

  7. CRDC - Discipline Setup - Ability to add AND as a condition

    We don't have a huge Suspendable Offense Code table and use A1-Phys/Inj/Fight (caused, attempted to cause, or threatened to cause physical injury to another person) for both actual fights & physical injury as well as threats. When I do the CRDC Discipline set up, there's no ability to put an AND condition to be able to include a user field to help separate the threats from the fights. So Physical Attack & Threats are getting over reported for CRDC because every A1 is getting counted for both. Currently it shows 114 physical injury & 92 Threats. Being able to add…

  8. In Flex, create a way to identify Sections with no Primary Teacher assigned

    A general report for Flex Scheduling SMS and MST that will identify Sections without a Primary Teacher assigned.
    And, if an SSE/SSM record is not present, the Teacher will appear as Teacher 0 (unassigned) so that the section will appear in Aeries Query & Reports.

    Be able to capture health insurance information and to populate the fields for Health Insurance Name and Student Medical Record Number/Policy Number in the Medical Insurance Page in Parent Data Confirmation.

  15. Golden State Seal & State Seal of Biliteracy

    Would like the ability to Export the students along with their qualifying data (same as on the report) to Excel. This will make it easier for staff to review and add additional information, missing students, or remove students. We use the final Excel file to add the ACT records after each school has also been reviewed by the district office. We do not use the form to mass add the records, and cannot use it for the biliteracy as we have a seperate record for each students language.

  16. Allow tooltips that show the query code for a field.

    This is a feature that used to be activated on the SQL version of Aeries. It would be such a time saver to be able to hover the cursor over a field and have the table and field query field code pop up.

    We are currently working on a project to have table and field overlays for every page in our system. This is partially completed already, but will continue to be worked on throughout this year. These are accessible via the table and field icon in the top right corner.
