Copy Many Student Records - Keep Options and Tables
It would be great if the Copy Many Student Records form retained the Options and Tables to Copy selections so that they don't have to be reset every time the form is used.

Gradebook to SBG - Add button to select just the current teacher's gradebooks
The Load Grades from Gradebook feature for elementary schools with a master schedule displays all teachers in the list and limits the number of gradebooks being displayed. This is causing some teachers to not be able to import all of their gradebooks. Would like to add a button that limits the gradebooks displayed for importing into Standard Based Grades to only show the current teacher's gradebook(s).

Teacher Page - Display Co-Teachers to MST and SMS Tabs
When a teacher is co-teaching a section, there is nothing on the MST tab on the teacher screen to indicate that. Unless you know the teacher is co-teaching a section, there is no way to know the teacher is teaching, or has any sections assigned to them. There should be an indicator.

Add Sort Options for Custom Navigation Pages/Links
Custom pages/links created by adding NAV table entries always appear at the bottom of the folder. Can sorting options be added so that these new pages/links can be sorted alphabetically within existing entries, placed at the top, etc.?

Year format is different on different tables
The format of the YR column is different on many tables, making joins complicated. An example is ENR, which uses an integer year, and AHS, which uses an XXXX-YYYY format year. There is at least one other table that uses XXXX-YY.

Allow for a Report to be pulled for Pending Import students
Our secretaries have full access to Online Enrollment so they can import the students. Our principals would like view access so that they can monitor TK/Kinder enrollments during the Kinder enrollment period. Unfortunately you can not give just view rights so it would be helpful if the Principals could pull a report listing the Pending Import students. That way they can view and monitor without the ability to import.

Add options to Discipline Incident form to suppress inactives/pre-enrolled students
Discipline Incident form - this form shows the active and inactive students incidents which can be confusing. If you are looking at today's incidents and an inactive student that has transferred to another school site received an incident they display on the form. Can an option be added so that you can select to see ONLY active students?

Analytics Dashboard Groups in list of Dashboards
Allow custom dashboards to be organized into groups in the dashboard list. For example more than just "My Dashboards" and "Shared Dashboards". Have dashboards groups like: Grades Dashboards, Attendance Dashboards, and have the ability to place dashboards into those groups.

Analytics Dashboard Scroll Bar
Add a horizontal scroll bar to allow easier viewing of more records. Currently dashboards only show limited records limited to the default size.

Add the ability to filter out dropped gradebooks, when building dashboards off the GBS table in Aeries Analytics.

New Parent Portal - Highlight / Contrast Pre-Enroll Records
On the new Parent / Student Portal, the student drop down does not have any contrast between Active records and Pre-Enrolled records.
Families are finding it difficult to find the 'Pre-Enrolled' record to submit future course requests.
If this could be highlight a different color and maybe some BOLD text stating Pre-Enrolled, it would help visually distinct the accounts.

Staff Audit Report
To help with Fall 2 reporting, it would be helpful if we had a Staff Audit report in Aeries that HR staff at districts could run to check for errors in staff and teacher records. If it could look for Job Assignments that show as teachers and then look for students or sections assigned to that teacher. If it could look for non-classroom based job assignment and then make sure there are no kids or sections assigned to that person. Also if it could look for Staff records that have missing required CALPADS information such as SEID, FTE, End dates…

Mass add Attendance Code for Range of Dates
For an All Day Attendance School, the ability to Mass Add an Attendance Code for a range of dates for students that don't already have an attendance code would be helpful. For instance, we have a school that needs to add a "Q" for all their kids from the beginning of the school year. We have to go in day by day and mass add the code for the students. It would be great to be able to mass add for a range of dates.
