Aeries is aware that, as a result of AB1113, the CDE is researching how to add reporting for these types of Expanded Learning Opportunities Programs (ELOP) to CALPADS. Once that reporting process has been identified by CALPADS, we will then begin to make any adjustments needed to accommodate the CALPADS reporting function.
For over 10 years, Aeries has had the capability of tracking student Supplemental Attendance for programs like this, and we have a report that grantees can run to help fill out the annual reports. However, since that Support Document didn't mention that these types of programs are part of the Expanded Learning Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP), this page was not returned in the results when searching for that term.
