School Name Dropdown - Search Feature
A search feature on the school drop down would make it much faster to switch between schools. Districts currently have to scroll through all of their schools when looking for the correct one, and it can be especially irritating for larger districts.

Allow Code Categories to Control Visibility
For the PGM, INV, ADS and other "multi-function" screens, it would be very useful to have the available codesets filtered by which codes are chosen.
Some interventions might have different results than others, for example, or different Services or other codes might be relevant to different programs.

ADA Make-Up Detailed Report
Create a report that tells which absence was made up by a specific ADA makeup date attended. It should go by date of recovery session and contain:
Time of session, Student ID, Student name, Grade, which date was recovered, and date the transaction was entered.2 votes -

Attendance - Quick Print - Make Elementary Consistent With Secondary Design
Please make elementary quick print attendance to look like secondary attendance quick print. The non-uniformity causes difficulty when we present attendance to the district attorney at the student attendance review board meetings. We also have follow-up SARB meetings in which we can't present the last two weeks of an elementary student like we can for secondary students. Instead, we have to right click on elementary attendance, save as PDF and then manipulate to read exactly like secondary attendance.

The Create Pre-Enrolled Student process, Analysis results section should sort by School then Grade
Create Pre-Enrolled students, Analysis section after Calculate Totals does not sort by SC first, then by GR.

Language Page - Remove the auto populating of the Redesignation dates for 30 Day and 180 Day fields
Aeries auto-populate Reclassification Follow-up date for 30 Day and 180 Day when Redesignation Date entered. Can the auto-populate be turned off?

504 Plan Accommodations Linked with Test Settings
In order to prevent the need for double entry, 504 plan accommodations that map to Test Settings items should automatically map and be exported when running test setting exports.

Do not populate blank STU.SEM when option to Replace SEM is disabled in Google Sync
When the Google Sync Option 'Replace Existing Student Emails (STU.SEM) with Pattern' is disabled, any BLANK STU.SEM will be still be populated because there is no existing Student email value. No action should be taken on SEM when this option is disabled.

New Medical Letters
Create the option to generate medical letters (medical referrals, vision referrals, missing vaccination notice etc.) that save to student’s profile.

Hello, we wanted to let you know that we have added the ability to create letters for students with missing and/or expired Immunizations with the 8/4/23 update.
Please see: Immunization Letters The remaining Medical Letters are still under review. We will continue to provide updates as the other items are scheduled for development. -
Medical Procedures/Screenings
It would be great to have a better way to document values for medical procedures such as blood sugar levels for students with diabetes or height/weight/BMI with an associated chart or graph.

Warn user when leaving screen before clicking save or cancel -CNF or ADS
If the user is entering a counseling note or an ADS record, warn the user before leaving the screen to avoid losing work. They might click on Discipline or another screen while in edit mode before they click save and this causes the work to be lost. Clicking on another screen before selecting SAVE or Cancel in Assertive Discipline (ADS) or Counseling (CNF) will generate an empty blank record so a warning message would benefit for this situation.

Scheduling Groups
Have scheduling groups (not the way the currently work where you have to tag EVERY student with a scheduling group) but identify a group of students that need to go into a specific section and give those students priority into that matched section and allow other students to randomly fill the remaining seats. Currently we have to manually put those students in a section and manually lock them before running the scheduler.

Option to hide teacher names on "locator cards" in Mobile App
Before opening day of school we print locator cards w/out teacher names and room numbers. However, we discovered kids can see teacher names and room numbers on the app. Can we hide this information from students till opening day?

Allow daily and period based attendance in the same school
We would like to be able to allow a single school to take both period based attendance and daily attendance (by grade).
Ex. K-8 school where K-5 is daily attendance and 6-8 is period based attendance.
