Manual checkbox/override for Algebra I requirement.
Algebra I Requirement Met feature - Is there a manual override for this feature? We have so many different variants of passing Algebra I, or it's equivalent that we can't set it up solely through the course file. We have students who take our main year long course 3220 which works fine, but then we have other students who passed 1 semester of 3220 (which is 5 credits), then took the 2nd semester in a year long course 3056 (which they need 10 credits to pass the equivalent of that semester) or they took Alg I over 2 years where…

Immunization show legal name AND GENDER
I can print Legal name using Print Student Immunization Cards Report Options, however it prints the preferred Gender and not the LEGAL Gender. Can we have it the option to Print Legal Name automatically include Legal Gender as well?

Grade Reporting - Calculate and Display a Yearly Cumulative GRD GPA
We would like to calculate and display a current year cumulative GPA:
on the GRD Report Cards,
in the Parent Portal,
and in a report for end of year awards.The yearly cumulative GRD GPA is needed to calculate end of year awards and to monitor students. There is also no way to print out a yearly cumulative GPA on the report card. Our Trimester 3 report card should be cumulative for the year and it's not. We have to print out 3 separate report cards with 3 separate GPAs to file in the cums.

Add growth scores to the NWEA MAP import.
The NWEA MAP does not import growth fields. We need these added to the import ASAP.

Have the Enforce TK Birth Dates setting for Online Enrollment not allow parents to change the grade level if TK grade level is designated.
Currently, when Enforce TK Birth Dates setting is on for Online Enrollment, a message pops up saying "Please enter a valid age in order to continue" if the student's birth date does not fall within the TK birth date ranges. But the parent is able to change the grade level to Kindergarten, or a different grade level in order to continue the enrollment process. The setting allows the parent to bypass the TK birth date rules by simply changing the grade level for their student to a higher grade, when their student isn't even eligible for TK.

Dual households (addresses and parents) should be on Demographics Page!
Hi Aeries!
Many students have dual households due to divorce, alternative living situations etc., and the demographics page doesn't allow for listing BOTH households (and both parents), nor both mailing addresses (nor separate home phone numbers). The program operates as if traditional marriage is the only option!
Aeries does not generate a comprehensive mailing list--meaning, it does not include both mailing addresses where applicable. I can do a separate query using the contacts, but it is a time consuming process and really it should be listed together, front and center, on the student demographic page. Remove 0 as a Contact Order Value
Currently, the top Contact record defaults to Contact Order 0. It should default to 1 and the order should update in all subsequent records from there.

Ability to Print CAASPP Parent Reports by Teacher/Grade
It would be super helpful to be able to print the parent score reports for the CAASPP by teacher and grade level. There is no option for this past 2019 currently in Aeries. Printing these reports from TOMS is not as efficiently organized.

Monthly Attendance Summary needs a Track and/or Program Filter.
Any Multi-Track District would benefit from the Monthly Attendance Summary being able to be filtered by Program, or at least by Track.
Many Districts use multiple Tracks to govern the school schedules with differing numbers of days. This causes the Monthly Attendance Summary to be unable to generate report totals, as it is dealing with months of varying numbers of days. Not even a skip query solves the problem, as the Monthly Attendance Summary always encompasses every program in the whole school site.

Create a seperate form in Data Confirmation for Parent Ed Level
Create a form in the same style as the housing survey and income survey for Parent Ed level. It does not belong in the contact screen. It is cumbersome there and messy. A simple Parent 1 with a drop down and a simple Parent 2 as a drop down would be cleaner and easier for parents to complete.

UC/CSU Eligibility Report- Grade Waiver "X" Not Calculating Correctly
It appears that in using the "X" grade on a transcript for validation purposes to meet A-G i.e. test out for world language where a student demonstrated proficiency of a world language by testing out. The UC/CSU eligibility report will not calculate this validation. It looks like the validation in the UC/CUS eligibility report is tied to credits earned. For instance, in the provided example (attachment) because credits are 0, it is still showing as student needing 20 credits of world langauge. Note, that all 4 courses with 0 credits are programmed correctly as an A-G and with the appropriate…

Verification email on Online Enrollment account registrations at beginning of process
When a parent creates an account in Online Enrollment (AIR), verifying the email would be super helpful, as it currently lets a parent create an email with any email, even if it doesn't exist. I understand this is not usually the intention, but a typo could occur when entering the email.

In preparation for the end of year rollover, I would like to request a Next InterDistrict Transfer Expiration Date. I manage the rollover area very carefully and the expire date does not exist for next year's transfers.
