Show the query of all reports
Please show the query that is used for each report at the bottom, so that if we need to run a keep/skip or adjust the data, we can do so from the query table.

Color Code on Assignment Type when viewing on Scores by Class
Now that you can view the Assigment type on the Scores by Class - color code them with a color - yellow/green blue/yellow. Anything to make the view easier on Scores by Class.

Filter for Assignment Type on Scores By Class
Now that the Formative (F) and Summative (S) assignment types can be displayed, add the ability to sort by assignment type on the Scores by Class view.

District ATT Letters - Limit Contacts
Currently, Dist ATT Letters get sent digitally to STU.PEM, CON.EM if Portal Access = Y, and if duplicate mail tag = A. We no longer update STU.PEM. We see the need to only send emails to CON records who are either tagged as primary contacts or ed rights holders, or rellationship type = parent 1 or parent 2. That way other emergency contacts that have portal access also do not get sent the email.

Move Attendance Remaining Students Button
When requiring the teacher to click on Remaining Students are Present Button, the button is all the way to the right. With IS the page has now become wider and teachers have to scroll over.

GBK Summary in Portal should display at the top and not the bottom
From trainers, the summary should be at the top, otherwise it may be missed by parents.

Revision notes on the support side pane should be most recent first.
When on a Revision Note on the Support page, the "More topics in Aeries Version Revision Notes" on the right side of the screen are ordered from oldest to newest. The first ones we see are from 2017. This should be ordered from most recent to oldest.

Report Cards - Customizable Attendance Area
Allow for customization on the attendance area on report cards. Since we're in the time of Covid, we have a lot of students going on quarentine. Several teachers have asked for there to be an area where they can add the number of days the student was on quarentine.

Currently the Classroom Attendance does not provide the notes taking function by class.

Manage Parent/Student Accounts Adding Filters
We often need to emulate parent accounts to test aspects of the portal and it can
be tedious to locate a recently used account for a specific grade. Adding a Grade filter, School
filter to hide 999's and potentially even sorting by last used would be so cool!1 vote -
Associate a color with code any table to allow better visual reference of important codes.
Adding color to a specific field allow users to see it right away. Similar to the color coding for attendance codes but for other codes. Example; Medical log - highlight or color yellow the code for a positive COVID result.
As the medical log can be quite long this would allow for a quick visual of important codes.

Special Programs Filter
On the Specials Programs page I would like to have the option to filter for one student (temporary filter - one that persists when changing students). Now when you select filter it will filter for all students. For example if you select a filter on one student's page if you go to the next student they have the same filter. It would be nice to have the option to filter for one student.

The ability to select which Attendance Codes can have ADA Make-Up applied
Currently Aeries allows ADA Make-Up to be applied to ANY all-day attendance code that does not apply to ADA. This list includes: (A,B,D,I,J,K,L,N,O,P,Q,S,U,X,Z)
I’m assuming that this is not the appropriate process since it seems that some of these codes should not be getting Saturday School ADA Make-Up applied. Specifically, the D, L, O, and S codes although there are probably others that should not receive ADA makeup either.
I would like the ability to select which attendance codes are allowed to have ADA Make-Up applied. For example, Aeries will currently allow it to be applied to a student out…

Provide the ability for parents and students to download assignments, grades and grad history as a CSV file.

Display Work in Progress by Semesters
When viewing Work In Progress for Fall term - there is no distinction for the which courses are current and which courses are planned for the Spring term.

Link Supplemental Attendance Sessions to the Bell Scheduler
If a supplemental Attendance session is linked to a specific period, the start and end times should be reflected by the bell scheduler rather than having to update the times on the bell scheduler AND the session.

Add more Granular Permissions - Update Own and Delete Own for certain tables.
It would be nice if we could grant users permission to update or delete records that they enter without giving them access to update or delete records that someone else entered.
This would be very helpful for staff that we don't want to give update access to everything but we want them to be able to fix / update records they created.
For example, suppose we give a staff member insert permission to interventions, but not update. The staff member then creates a new intervention record. A short time later they may be given updated or more complete information, or…

Legend to include what that counts for Excluding Assignments (NA and TX)
It would be great to include in the legend on the Scores by Class page,what teachers can input in order to exclude an assignment. It's not noted in the legend and unless you just "guess" you don't know that you can input NA and TX in the score field to exclude a assignment.
