4x4 Color Code Class Schedule
Currently coded open blue circle for an available class, but does not differentiate between Fall or Spring Term. This improvement would be the most valuable.
Also red x with red circle for a full class, but does not differentiate between Fall or Spring Term. This would help using wait lists.11 votes -

Ability to select different validation frequencies
Would like the ability to send data validation reports at different frequencies. I.e., Some reports get sent daily (so the validation process needs to run daily), but some reports only need to go out weekly.

Students With More or Less Than N Course Requests should include zero course requests
Students With More or Less Than N Course Requests do not print students with zero course requests when 1 is entered in the 'Less than' field. Please add an option to this report to include students with zero course requests. This will help with not having to also run the Student with No Course Requests report.

Portal Options Scheduling: add TK grade level to Date Ranges for Course Requests
Add the TK grade to the Date Ranges on the Scheduling tab in Portal Options, to support scheduling for TK grade students using the Portal. This request was specifically made for use in Summer School scheduling.

Student Attendance Report - Make it a PDF - Currently is Quick Print only
The attendance report that is printed from the Student Attendance page is a Quick Print, and is not easily saved as a PDF. Would like to be able to electronically store and send attendance without having to print and scan. Making this a regular report that can go to PDF as a download option would be great.

Load State Learning Standards - Allow Import of all Content Standards
Enhance the Load State Standards function to import all of the Content Standards (ex. Computer Science, Health Education, Arts, etc)

Scheduling Course Request letters via email
Would love the ability to send the scheduling course request letters through the SIS via email to primary contact and students. Currently they can be printed as PDF and handed out to students but with so many students working remotely the ability to send these via email en masse through the SIS so that students/parents get their individual letter would be amazing!

Analytics - Watch List - Add ability to filter by Subgroup
Currently a watchlist can only be filtered by School and Grade. It would nice to be able to have watchlists that could be filtered by Supgroup. That way we could have a watchlist of regular ed students and a seperate watchlist for SPED students. Since SPED students are already being serviced through an IEP team we would like to be able to have our regular ed intervention team be able to more easily use the watchlist without having to check whether they have an IEP or not first.

CCI indicator page does not display to parent/students in the Parent /Student Portal even when Read permissions are granted.

Schedule reports to Run Automatically
Have the ability to run reports on an automatically schedule for teachers and staff. Similar to when parents sign up for Gradebook Summary, which is emailed on the day of the week they set up. Possibly have the staff members reports emailed daily, weekly, or monthly, etc.

District Attendance Letters - Allow uploading a school logo
Add an option to upload a district or school logo to the District Letter Editor The logo needs to print above the formatted address information.

Allow Scheduling Exclusions Prior to Initializing Scheduling
It would be great to add certain scheduling exclusions prior to initializing scheduling (ie ensure two students should never be scheduled together or making sure a student never takes a class a certain period etc.) Certain items like these come up throughout the year and not just when scheduling is occurring.

Highlight Primary Contact Records and Sort to top of page
The records on the Contacts page should be sorted with "Primary Contact" records at the top of the list.
Also there should be some additional visual distinction to highlight the record. ( Green/yellow box around Primary Contacts , red box around flagged contacts ).
The goal is to have more visual distinction.

Parent Portal Document Upload - Ability to limit document size and/or file types in the Parent Portal
Need to allowing limiting the document types and size of documents parents can upload in the Parent Portal. Similar to the Backpack upload limit and restricted file types in Portal Options.
11 votesIt looks like this UserVoice item may have been closed prematurely. Although the ability to limit file types was released, that solution was not designed to allow other types of limitations to be placed on document uploads. Therefore I have reopened this idea, and edited the description accordingly.
