  2. Print ID Cards - add the ability to add suicide hotline and crisis phone numbers

    Print ID Cards - add the ability to add suicide hotline and crisis numbers in accordance with a new state law.
    Any public or private school (including higher education and K-12) that issues pupil identification cards must have printed on at least one side of the card the telephone number for the National Domestic Violence Hotline, 1-800-273-8255 and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, 1-800-273-8255.

  3. Bell Scheduler page should display flex period bell schedules

    The Bell Scheduler page used to display the bell schedule for the day a schedule was assigned to. Now that we're using flex scheduling, there is NO way I can see to actually see the entire bell schedule for any given bell schedule.

    The Bell Scheduler page lists the schedules and lists all flex periods, and allows you to assign a schedule to a day, but doesn't let you see what the schedule is that you're assigning. Showing all flex periods available gives us a bottom left corner total instructional time of 1557 minutes because of overlaps.

  4. Add "Approved Document Requests" to the Data Confirmation report

    Really, parent data confirmation is not complete for us until all documents are uploaded and approved. It would be nice to see that docs are either approved or pending in the Data Confirmation report.

  5. Change field in CCGI Extract for A-G match

    Currently the extract takes CRS.E1 which is the CSU a-g subject area. Because there are some courses that count for different subject areas for the CSUs and UCs (such as Earth Science), please consider extracting field CRS.U1 instead. We want to keep the different subject areas for those classes because it affects the College Entrance Req and Academic Plan screens.

  13. Parent Contacts - ParentSquare

    We have families turning on notifications for other emergency contacts ( example neighbors ).

    It would be amazing if the emergency contact could get access to either accept the record, update their unique record, or remove their unique notification preference for the student not in their family.

    Maybe a work flow to send an email to the contact saying: "You have been added to as an emergency contact for "John Smith" at "Eagle High School" . If this is an error, please click here to remove your record ( one-time link that expires after ~7 days ).

  14. Allow Scheduling Exclusions Prior to Initializing Scheduling

    It would be great to add certain scheduling exclusions prior to initializing scheduling (ie ensure two students should never be scheduled together or making sure a student never takes a class a certain period etc.) Certain items like these come up throughout the year and not just when scheduling is occurring.

  15. Teacher Attendance - Allow teachers to sort their students by first name.

    In Zoom, it list participants by first name (alphabetically) and not by last name. So, for ease of taking attendance, allow students to be sorted by first name, as well.

  17. Option to mark PDC "complete" for students

    When students have restricted portal accounts, the parents are unable to complete the Contacts section of PDC. The students then remain on the Data Confirmation Status report as incomplete, even though the parent has completed everything they are able to in PDC. We would like the office to be able to mark the student as "Complete" that way they stop showing up on the report and we don't have to worry about the family getting multiple calls from people following up with them.

  18. CALPADS - School Selection by User instead of District-Wide

    When you have an Aeries district with multiple CDS codes, there are multiple people running the CALPADS extracts. The "Save" button changes the default selection for everyone! Every time an extract is run it changes the default schools for everyone else, and our CALPADS administrator has to deal with errors when they accidently leave a school checked that isn't theirs in the first place.

  19. Parent Portal Document Upload - Limit document size and file type

    Need to allowing limiting the document types and size of documents parents can upload in the Parent Portal. Similar to the Backpack upload limit and restricted file types in Portal Options.

  20. Data Confirmation - Allow Parents to Add Med History Without Update Existing

    We don't want them to change prior med history entries but they cannot add new ones unless they have update. Is there anyway to only allow Read and Insert so they cannot update past med history. The Med History sections disappears from PDC when you only have Read, Insert.
