Querying Total Instructional Minutes
I wish the field for Total Instruction Minutes and Total Minutes in the Bell Schedule Table was a field you could query. The start time and the end time is a field you could query but not the total time

Add TB to Immunization Status Report
Please add TB to the Print Student Immunization Status Report. It will save our nurses a lot of time, as they have to query that out separately and run this report. Thank you for considering this idea.

Mass add student pictures
Mass Add Student Pictures may fail due to an issue like file system permissions; however, the "success" email will be sent, and there is no error in the Event Viewer. Enhance to provide better upload messages

Transcript Indicators Codes on the Transcript Page
Currently Transcript Indicator codes on the Transcript page only display to Aeries users with Admin accounts. User accounts require Read permissions to the following tables: CRS, HIS and XRF. The logic should be changed so that only Read permission to HIS is required.

Monthly Attendance Summary Totals Report Rounds Down
In certain instances, when running any of the Monthly Attendance Summary Totals reports for only one month instead of multiple months, the report can potentially round down the cumulative total by 1 cent.

Add logic to Report Card History so that only students enrolled during the specified term (under report card options) have report cards created.

Report Cards - Radio button to exclude contact and parent addresses on printed report card on Grade Reporting
Because we are utilizing ParentSquare to send report cards, it would be nice to have a radio box NONE to exclude the address on the report card, similar to the one visible in Report Card History. The reason for this is so that any contacts who are to receive correspondence can receive report cards without having the address visible.

After grade changes- student report cards must be updated. It would be nice to be able to update only the changes instead of the entire student body.

Test Scores page - If a Grade level is entered with a decimal Ex: 9.5 it is rounding up and displaying under the next highest grade level header.

The Teacher Email Log page does not always display date ranges accurately when logged in as a teacher and there are multiple pages of emails. Page enhancements should be made for a better user experience.

Create a second user category for Multi Factor Authentication
Having an additional "user" category would enable us to apply Multi Factor authentication to just a select group of users, not all users. Something like "Users" and "Confidential Users".

Warning on the Link Gradebook page when using Linked Gradebooks with Google Classroom
Place a warning on the Link Gradebook page to let the end user know that Importing Assignments into Linked Gradebooks is not supported. Only one Aeries Gradebook can be linked to a Single Google Classroom, if more than one Aeries Gradebook is linked, unexpected results may occur.

Create a report for Readmit slips and off Campus Passes issued
We would like to be able to run a report for a given day that shows the Readmit slips and Off Campus passes issued that includes student and class information. Then we can check in with teachers to be sure the students actually returned to class as they should.

Grade Threshold Alerts Gradebook Title
When Aeries sends out the threshold alerts to parents, it pulls the period from what the teacher enters during gradebook setup, it makes more sense that it should reference the master schedule class title. We have parents complaining that they can't tell what class is sending it out if the teacher didn't set it up normally. The Flex Period might not describe what class this is for, so it makes more sense to use the Gradebook or MST course title.

Allow Sorting on Course Attendance
The course attendance page can get long. It would be helpful to have a sort button at the top of each column to sort by period, course, teacher, etc. when needing to view all classes.

Attendance by Photo - Seating Chart - reuse seating chart from prior term
We no longer use Year long terms. We now use the Next Course field in Courses to auto create our Spring classes.
However the issue we have is that instead of only having one section that runs for the whole year with no changes to the Attendance by Photo it creates a Fall section plus a new section for Spring.
We do understand that the section number provides the students for the Attendance by Photo form. However this has created a very large amount of double work for our Teachers after the Spring break. They now have to return from…
