Master Schedule Report - add trimester options to print
Currently, the Print Master Schedule report displays Fall, Spring, Year terms to print. In a school using Trimesters, we would like for this report to honor these codes based on TRM. For example, 1, 2, 3 trimesters.

Parent data Confirmation To Be Able To Edit Confirmation Email That Gets Sent To Parents
To have the option to edit the email that goes to parents after completing Parent Data Confirmation. It is hardcoded, however they would like to be able to edit the message.

Add an option to select SST in School Locator Cards for Summer School
Allow an option to select terms in Student Locator Cards when Summer School Course Request scheduling is enabled. SST table is used when students have not been copied over to Summer School yet. Currently, this report only looks at TRM.

API to Student Groups - Ability to Create and Write Data
We would like the ability to read/write/create Student Groups via the API.
We are working on our own bus pass application and need the ability to:
1. Create a Student Group via API
2. Update the Student Group Members via API
3. Delete the Student Group via API

Add/keep track of non-school age siblings
We want a way to enter first, last name, and birthdate of non-school age siblings of current students. It would help identify incoming or future age-appropriate siblings.

Allow uploading of district logo for Online Enrollment admin
Currently, customers have to contact Aeries Support to load and/or change their district logo for Online Enrollment. Utilizing the existing district logo loaded in Aeries or allowing for the district logo to be uploaded into the Online Enrollment database would be a great alternative.

Withdrawal Form - Expand Footer Text
Footer for Withdrawal Form - we would like to increase the number of characters allowed in the footer of withdrawal form in order for our district to be able to add our Ed Code that refers to defaced or unreturned school supplies. We would like to add specifically because of the increase of checked out student ipads and technology supplies.

Import Data to Aeries - Match Staff ID on Human Resources ID
Many of us have a separate HR program that has it's own unique employee ID number Aeries recognizes as the HRID. It would be awesome if we could use the import process to make mass changes in Aeries for the Staff table matching STF.ID on STF.HRID, similar to the STU table.

The Copy students to summer school should show the summer term and preference in the course requests page at the summer school
My summer school is offering 2 terms and each term has an am and pm. Even though the summer course requests are still ordered by the course#, at least you can still see the term and am/pm preference this student is assigned to. Once you copy students to summer school, their course requests in the summer school do not show their summer
term or am/pm preference. My summer admin will need to have 2 browser windows open for each of their summer students. One browser in the regular school to view the summer course requests for the summer term and…4 votes -
Add the ability to Repeat Weeks in the Class Calendar
For Flex: When building a class calendar - add the ability to repeat weeks within the calendar (as we have in the Block Schedule calendar) to eliminate the tedious process of building an A/B concept - for example - in the class calendar. We would like options to range from 2 week up to 5 weeks.
The first advantage is that you can schedule your block days for a 2 week period - for example - and have that pattern copy through the calendar for each Flex Period.

Gradebook assignment wording inconsistency
The assignment settings have inconsistent labeling. One area says Visible to Parents, at the Assignment by class page. And the other says Visible to Portal, once you click Edit on the assignment.

Online Enrollment - Questions and Codes Tab
We would like to be able to edit the response text for Online Enrollment as we do for Online Data Confirmation. Right now we have currently enrolled families filling out the online data confirmation and answering authorization questions with responses as "Granted" or "Denied". Then we have new families enrolling and answering the same questions through the online enrollment process but their responses are being recorded as "Yes" or "No".

Reports - Add Option to Print by STU.SG ( Schedule Group )
Our Teachers and Staff are trying to run various reports and would like to have an option to select the specific STU.SG ( Schedule Group ) for the report.
Office staff has the ability to run a keep command, but optimally all of our staff would like to be able to limit results / options to just a specific sub-group ( Schedule Group ).

Google Import/Gradebook Import Assignment based on Term Date
It would be so great if Aeries had a way of "Import from Google" only those assignment dates that have been assigned based on a specific Date. We are just starting the Term and there are already 51 assignments but only 1 is for this term.

Emails to Parents Do Not Display Well on a Phone
The Gradebook Assignment by Student and Gradebook Missing Assignments emails to parents do not format well when viewed on a phone - column headers wrap and columns run together.
