After a discipline incident, statements are often taken from witnesses and victims. These statements are usually handwritten on paper. The Witnesses page includes an Account/Testimony field, which is potentially used by some schools.

At the spring 2023 AeriesCon, a customer asked for Witnesses to allow uploading of a document containing the witness statement. The document should be associated with the Incident ID.

Other options to consider: automatically associating the uploaded document with WIT, VIC or ADS depending on where it was uploaded. Allowing this document upload from WIT, VIC, or ADS, depending on the role of the involved student. If possible, allow common picture file formats, since an upload of a photograph of a statement seems like it might be commonly used.
