Test Scores page - If a Grade level is entered with a decimal Ex: 9.5 it is rounding up and displaying under the next highest grade level header.

Teacher Email Log Page Date Range Display
The Teacher Email Log page does not always display date ranges accurately when logged in as a teacher and there are multiple pages of emails. Page enhancements should be made for a better user experience.

Create a second user category for Multi Factor Authentication
Having an additional "user" category would enable us to apply Multi Factor authentication to just a select group of users, not all users. Something like "Users" and "Confidential Users".

Warning on the Link Gradebook page when using Linked Gradebooks with Google Classroom
Place a warning on the Link Gradebook page to let the end user know that Importing Assignments into Linked Gradebooks is not supported. Only one Aeries Gradebook can be linked to a Single Google Classroom, if more than one Aeries Gradebook is linked, unexpected results may occur.

Create a report for Readmit slips and off Campus Passes issued
We would like to be able to run a report for a given day that shows the Readmit slips and Off Campus passes issued that includes student and class information. Then we can check in with teachers to be sure the students actually returned to class as they should.

Grade Threshold Alerts Gradebook Title
When Aeries sends out the threshold alerts to parents, it pulls the period from what the teacher enters during gradebook setup, it makes more sense that it should reference the master schedule class title. We have parents complaining that they can't tell what class is sending it out if the teacher didn't set it up normally. The Flex Period might not describe what class this is for, so it makes more sense to use the Gradebook or MST course title.

Attendance by Photo - Seating Chart - reuse seating chart from prior term
We no longer use Year long terms. We now use the Next Course field in Courses to auto create our Spring classes.
However the issue we have is that instead of only having one section that runs for the whole year with no changes to the Attendance by Photo it creates a Fall section plus a new section for Spring.
We do understand that the section number provides the students for the Attendance by Photo form. However this has created a very large amount of double work for our Teachers after the Spring break. They now have to return from…

Would like to see some sorting options on the Online Store Manager page. This feature would make the page more user-friendly when working with a larger catalog. Would also like to see an option to make the item inactive. (something like making a student inactive)

MST Board - automatically change view to current term when opening this page
Currently when I open MST Board it defaults to 1st Trimester. It would be nice if MST Board opened to the current term by default (which right now is 2nd Trimester)

Adjust MAP Test Name

Discipline - More Fields
We want to pilot this with our staff but we were wondering if the following features could be added to that page to make it more functional? They include:
- Time of the incident (like in assertive discipline)
- Location of the incident (like in assertive discipline)
- The ability to sort entries by staff member
- Expanded drop down list (maybe some of the ones that were deleted from assertive discipline could be appropriate here)
- Email generation to admin when something is added

Attendance Quick Print in Color
The student attendance quick print should reflect the colors set in the legend. The reports are so much harder to read than beautiful colored screen.
Its not possible to do a screen capture or page print of the full attendance because it is scrollable.

Limit the type of Transcripts teachers can print
We would like to see if can limit the type of transcripts that teachers can print to only UnOfficial Transcripts. We're just trying to ensure that student data is properly protected, used, and managed. The security of transcripts is very important and our school sites Counseling offices are the only ones that should be able to print official versions.

Add Green Highlight to Start Date in Job Assignments on Staff Page
Please add a green highlight to STJ.SD on Staff Page since this is a state reportable field. The addition of the green highlight will eliminate campus errors when coding for state reporting.

I know we can add certain pages to our favorites, I was wondering if it's possible to create like categories, drop-down selections to organize favorites so there's no need to be scrolling down and get lost when looking for a specific page in our favorites?

Quantify the number of missing assignments for students, perhaps give a percentage of missing assignments compared to the overall assignments given.

LivingTree Transaction Report
Can we please add school and id to the report? We currently have to do various VLOOKUP's to get this information tied in with our PayPal report.
