    The expired codes can be removed from the drop-down by inactivating the code in the Code Table. Here is more information: https://support.aeries.com/support/solutions/articles/14000074714-code-table-management-inactivating-codes

    Hello, Currently the Attendance Management, Mass Add page can be used to scan a group of students and submit attendance. Attendance Notes can also be added by not by student.     This is a CALPADS bug on their end. They DO intend to allow these special characters again, so we will not be changing our process at this time. If the 

    SINF update is needed, the customer either needs to make it manually in OM, or remove the offending characters from Aeries, but ALSO delete the CALPADS log entries for that change (the ones that contain the offending characters) so they won't be extracted also.

    This is a CALPADS Known Issue and started after the post redesign. https://documentation.calpads.org/Support/DailyKnownIssueslist/
    Problem #6036, screen shot attached.

    We will not be changing Aeries at this time.

    When clicking on the Completed Letters to Print/Mail link, the pdf letters do not generate and time out.

    We are looking at adding chromebooks to our District Assets items page. We have about 1200 of them with serial numbers, descriptions and barcodes on a spreadsheet. Is there a way to upload a CSV file or spreadsheet into the Aeries District Asset Resources page (DRI table).

    Also filter options to include grade level and enrollment by student program (SP and/or AttPrg1,AttPrg2).

    We would like to request an option for an e-signature during the Parent Data Confirmation and Online Enrollment, for the Emergency Card and Documents.  Currently they require a "wet signature" on those forms, but due to the COVID-19 virus, they are hoping to have an option for an e-signature.
