Send Email - Allow a co-teacher to appear in screen
Case carriers are in the need to send this email list to Counselors and other staff members. Unfortunately, the co-teacher (teacher #2) is not listed as a recipient, and we will like to have them included for easy notifications when gathering for IEP or other student-related program meetings.

Cal Grant GPA Export - Add Option to Use College Board Code for the Students' Reporting Home School
We have a Virtual Academy Campus 95 that is being used for Independent Study for our High School Students. The school does not have a College Board Code or a CDS code. all students in this school use their reporting home school.
We would like these students to be included in the CAL Grant extract using their reporting home school's College Board Code.4 votes -

Option to hide sex/gender on Student Emergency Cards
We have a student that would like to change their gender, but doesn't want their parents to see. We were quite pleased to scour the parent portal and see no occurrence of sex or gender, until we got to data confirmation and found that the sex of the student prints on the Student Emergency Card and would be visible to the parent. It would be great if you offered the option to hide sex/gender on the Student Emergency Card that prints after Parent Data Confirmation is complete.

Please remove the actual sender's name from a Send Email; just show the DoNotReply@Aeries.net.
District administrators want to send an email using the Send Email option, but they do not want their name showing in the From line, which also includes the DoNotReply@aeries.net in brackets. In testing, I could see if I sent an email through the Send Email option, my name would show in the sent email.

Special Education - Ability to add IEP Goals and Objectives
Would love to be able to add Goals and Objectives to the Special Education section of Aeries. We integrated with SEIS so having those be brought nightly over would be wonderful!

Attendance notifications
We want our school sites to have ownership of their attendance notifications, but right now, only Admin level users have the ability to set those up. We'd like to be able to give those permissions to whoever the school principal designates to complete that step.

Ability to Issue Credits for only sections marked as AltEd Enabled
With the new option available to mark individual sections in a regular secondary school as AltEd Scheduling Enabled, the ability to enable the Issue Credits button on certain teacher tables should be enhanced. Currently the School Options page allows only a Yes or No setting for Allow Issue Credit on Classes / Course Attendance pages. An option to enable these buttons on ONLY sections marked as AltEd Enabled should be offered for districts who do not want it available on all sections.

Student Search - Include Student ID in Fuzzy Search Results
Please update the Fuzzy Search Results feature to include a digits for a partial ID. Because Student Numbers will eventually be removed it would be helpful to be able to search using the last digits of a Student ID.

Network account information, locker number, and combinations need to be optional data fields to include on schedules, locator cards, and student data reports.

Parent Data Changing Portal Options - Increase Email Field View
Please increase the viewing size of the Change Details Emails fields on the Parent Data Changing / General / More options area. Specifically the Change Details Email Address, Change Medical Details Email Address. It's difficult to see who & how many email addresses are entered to receive notifications.

Barcode on Emergency Card
On Parent Data Changing > General , we would like the option to add a barcode to the "Emergency Card" print out.
This would allow our parents to print the "Emergency Card" as proof of completing data confirmation and allow our on-site staff to scan a barcode at each station ( ex. library to check out books ).
This would really help our team expedite the on-site process.

Add Copy Button for College Articulations
Currently there is no copy button - so each college we work with has to be entered manually. Our tech dept can then copy it to all sites. But this year we are working with 5 community colleges and the criteria is the same at each. All the other edit buttons have an option to copy, why not this?

Master Schedule Report - add trimester options to print
Currently, the Print Master Schedule report displays Fall, Spring, Year terms to print. In a school using Trimesters, we would like for this report to honor these codes based on TRM. For example, 1, 2, 3 trimesters.

Honor Roll and Class Rank Report - Add Option to Include Certain Inactive Students
The Honor Roll and Class Rank report does not have an option to list the students that graduated early, so it appears to be skipping certain ranks.
