  1. Have Ed Rights Holder value display on Contact Record whether it's 'Yes' or 'No'

    Currently, only when the 'Yes' value is selected for Ed Rights Holder will 'Ed Rights Holder' display on the contact record. If the value is blank or 'No,' Ed Rights holder does not display so for someone who does not have edit access to Contact records, they cannot determine whether the Ed Rights Holder value is blank or 'No.'

    On Medications page add Date information for Next Dose and Last Dose under the Medication Name so you do not have to click on the Dose History dropdown to view the Dates

  4. Assets scheduling

    It would really make life easier to update Quick Asset Information Lookup page so that, if an item is checked out to a student, their schedule is displayed. Hopping back and forth between the lookup page and the student schedule page is a real pain, particularly when you're using a mobile device - and a mobile device is exactly what you would use when you're trying to track down wandering Chromebooks.

  5. Calpads History Tab

    Add a comment box and the option to not 'POST' under the Actions column on the new CALPADS History tab. There have been incidents where we didn't use 1 of the files. For example, forgetting to exclude secondary enrollments when pulling an SPRG file gave me an Exit SPRG that I could post since the student in the file is secondarily enrolled.
    Defeats the purpose of keeping track when we are saying we posted something that we didn't.

  6. Expand LAC.EIT to support "IAELPAC" which is a standard state test

    The LAC.EIT (English Test Name) field needs to be expanded from varchar(6) to support the new Initial Alternate ELPAC test... which Aeries imports as TST.ID = "IAELPAC" (which is 7 characters).

    This idea is somewhat related to another idea regarding how Aeries handles the Alternate ELPAC tests.

    For print all student schedules, add ability to hide assistant teachers not marked as primary in SSE. Displaying all assistant teachers for some courses has confused students.

    Please add an Attendance Notes report to Teacher portal so that the teacher can print attendance notes for their class for a week (or a time period they select).

    In Other Options in CALAPDS Extracts can we have a table or dropdown where we can select what Language Fluency (STU.LF) code(s) not to report to CALPADS? For example, we have a 'Waiting on **' code for students who are new to our district but not new to CA. This allows our ELPAC team to know they do not need to be Initially ELPAC tested and we are waiting to confirm ELAS. In the past, it was not an issue because CALPADS would just overlook the TBD (which is the translation code) but with the CALPADS changes, it's rejecting the…

    Since there is the capability to have the online enrollment process answer the Authorization questions why can that not contribute to the Data Confirmation Status report. Is does not make sense to have a parent come in to the registration dept handling all the necessary questions and paperwork to only be told that they have to go home log into the portal and complete the data confirmation. More than half the parents leave thinking they have completed the registration process and show up at the school ready to start on the first day to only be told you need to…

  13. Formatting of Report Comment section on Gradebook Assignments By Student Report

    The current implementation does not allow for the teacher to format this field, so the parents see only one long sentence that runs off the page.

    Enhance the gradebook by allowing for full HTML markup so that the teacher has full control over how the contents are displayed.

    At the bare minimum, this field should auto-wrap within the page margins.

  15. SBG - Dual Immersion Program Needs Two Marks for Each Standard

    For the Dual Immersion program, SBG standards need to have two marks for each standard, one mark is for the English ELA and the other mark is for the other language ELA (Spanish/Chinese/etc..). This allows teachers to submit the standar marks for each language where application per grading window.

  16. Separate current Data Confirmation setup from the setup for the upcoming school year before NYR

    Separate current Data Confirmation settings from the setup for the upcoming school year. For districts that the NYR is only days before Data Confirmation for the new year starts - there isn't a lot of time to configure changes for all of the schools for the new year, and if we make the changes to text and AUT in the year that is ending - it may change / override important factors.

  17. In Permissions Table add Hover that displays table information

    When managing the Permissions, it would be very helpful to have a hover option that provides information on the table and it's impact in using Aeries. With so many tables, this is difficult to understand what all the permissions affect.

  18. Would like to be able to make schedules visible by grade level

    Our counselors would like to allow current students to see their schedules for next year, but not our pre-enrolled 8th graders who will be 9th graders next year. They don't want to make schedule changes for those students until just before school starts.
