  1. Medical Notes Page: Add Pagination

    For students with a very large number of Medical Notes, the page can become very slow and appear unresponsive. Adding pagination to this page will allow only the most recent Medical Notes to be visible upon page load, with all of the records still accessible to the user when needed.

  2. Ed Fi Sync Null Errors - Add more details

    Provide more details on which student is generating the error with a null value. The error message 'Value cannot be null' is not very descriptive when troubleshooting the error.

  3. CALPADS SENR - Allow Short Term enrollment records to extract with completion status codes

    The SENR extract fails to include the Completion Status Code even though it is populated in Aeries. This causes an error in CALPADS: SENR0029 – Missing Completion Status. Adjust the CALPADS SENR logic to include completion status codes from STU.HSG, Graduation Exemption Indicator STU.GEX and Date Graduated STU.DG when the student's enrollment status is 30-Short Term and the fields are populated.

  4. Requesting Date Fields in HIS for Hand Entered Courses on the Transcript

    For state reporting, districts are required to report all high school credit courses completed during the current school year in the PEIMS Summer submission. When students complete high school credit courses outside of the regular school day schedule or virtually/online, the completed course information is manually entered to the transcript - there is no course section in the master schedule associated to the completed course. This in turn causes an issue for state reporting as there is no means to indicate the Begin Date indicating when the student began the course, only a Date Completed is available to indicate when…

  6. Supplemental Attendance linked to Student Groups/ParentSquare

    We have a growing need to communicate to our supplemental attendance rosters through ParentSquare. We are currently maintaining the sessions in Aeries and the groups in ParentSquare, and there is a concern that as roster changes occur, the ParentSquare group may not be updated accordingly. We would like to request the ability to link a supplemental attendance roster to a student group. This will allow us to manage the roster in one location and have it automatically update everywhere else.

  7. No Show Setup - New Prior Year Exit Default Date

    I have struggled for years with the issue of having the correct No Show date be used - because the No Show Wizard does NOT help our users make the correct choice.

    So, Here is my solution proposal.

    Modify the No Show Setup:

    Have two configurable No Show dates
    - Prior Year Exit Date
    - Current Year Exit Date

    Then the No Show Dialog that appears when selecting the No Show Code on the Demographics page, can evaluate the STU.ED and choose the correct default:

  9. Enhance Flex SMS Board to update Course Information when Creating New Sections

    At this time, when creating a new Section in the Flex SMS Board, some Course information is not auto-populated for the Section. Please enhance this feature so the same Course information that is populated when using the Scheduling Master Schedule page is populated when using the Flex SMS Board.

  10. Add features to Online Enrollment

    Under the Contact area: add a field for birthday and CorrLang
    When parents complete the student information they should be mandated to add where student was born, city, state and country.
    Medical area: Make is mandatory to fill out and make is easier for families to complete, they completely bypass this area, maybe make the No health issues a button and if they select other they can get a drop down menu of choices.

  11. Online enrollment homeless - Inconsistent process from Parent Data Confirmation

    As we are implementing more of the digital enrollment processes, Online Enrollment and Parent Data Confirmation we are STUGGLING with process inconsistencies.

    It is very hard to have the Online Enrollment process function differently than the Parent Data Confirmation process. HOW can we have a consistent procedure / process to accurately process submitted data from parents.

    For example the Online Enrollment - AUTOMATICALLY adds a PGM record based upon the Residence Survey.
    Where as the Parent Data Confirmation creates a Residence Survey Audit record for staff to review and approve.

  13. Allow Teachers to Print Student Emergency Cards and Emergency Student List

    At this time, Emergency Cards and Emergency Student List are only printable by Users with permissions and Admin type accounts. Allow for teachers to run the Emergency Card report Emergency Student List .

    Alternative solution: Teachers may run the Student Directory, in Landscape, which will have some but not all of the same information.

  16. Automatic inactivate user accounts and staff accounts based on employment end date

    Hello,

    When the end of the year comes around each year we have to manually end inactivate
    all staff member accounts who are exiting. We enter end dates and then have to manually one by one inactivate user accounts. It would be great if their was a process that could be run to automatically do this or a process that would do this by end or exit date.

  18. Attendance Management Page Unverified Absence Option

    When the 'unverified absence' option is selected, display all codes in all periods and All Day code instead of just absence codes. Selecting the option "unverified absences' should be a filter to limit to students with at least 1 unverified absence code but not displaying only absence codes

  19. Course Credits Change Rollover Function

    At this time when course credits are changed, this change will not roll over to SMS/MST/GRD/HIS because these are point-in-time data fields from when they are created. Course credits are housed in all of these tables which would require mass changes to each. A tool to find credits differences between tables/references and to execute changes from would be helpful in expediting this process.

  20. Report Card History - Improved verbiage in email notification of completion or failure for SBG AND GRD

    These emails should contain at least school name/number information for the users to know which school failed or completed.
