Add the ability to save queries for yourself without having to share them. This way, someone doesn't have to have a txt document.

Data Validation - US School K-12 Date Validation
Give error upon entering a K-12 date that does not fall within the student's K-12 Grade level based upon DOB. Correcting these dates is exceedingly time consuming and the first time its entered should trigger warnings. This should be managed on the Student Demographics page.

Mass Change ATT Codes/Mass Change All Day Codes
Now that there's an option to auto-populate the all-day code based on period codes, the mass change programs need an option to not skip ATT records for which an all-day code already exists. This is critical when the all-day code is auto-populated to A, then can't be changed to U after the period absences have all been to U.

Language Assessment - State Test Tab
ELPAC scores are sorted by part on the Test Scores page, but by test date on the State Test tab of the Language Assessment screen. Please sort the same way across all screens.

CAASPP Information - Make Student Login or Report Available for Parent Portal
Our Assessment department held a meeting with the IT department to brainstorm on how we will get the CAASPP login information to students who are doing online/virtual schooling this year due to COVID. Testing begins in early March.
Is it possible for you to create a simple login tab or report, maybe called ‘State Test Login’? This would live on the parent portal.
The state ID is located under the permanent ID, and our assessment department feels that a lot of parents will write the wrong one down if we don’t simplify it / create a separate page they can…

Print Student Class Schedule Report
Add a Sort Report by Student Address field and Add the Students mailing address so we can mail home schedules.
Add a email option to email the student/parent the schedule.

When navigating in Item Definitions, the dropdown menu should default to the item that you are viewing
When editing item definitions and searching for like indicators to update, the dropdown menu should default to the indicator that you are viewing so that you can navigate elsewhere. This will save lots of scrolling when trying to get back to the section of indicators that you are editing.

Medications - Ability to assign "Required Alerts" for specific meds
Please add a feature allowing for an "alert" message to appear for specified medications.
For example:
Medication Required alertsfor "Diastat"............................"Notify School Nurse"
for "Chemotherapy"................"Drug Name"
for "Tube Feeding Formula"..."Formula name/brand"
for "Other"..............................a mandatory box appears that is required to be filled out! (and when it lists on the active med page, it displays "other - xxxxxxxxxx" description)5 votes -

Would like Gradebook Rounding options available for teachers:
--the actual percentage to the thousandths place
--a rounded percentage to the tenths place

New Report for Special Ed Information and Teacher Credentials-CALPADS
Using Special Education information and credential information, create class lists with Primary and secondary disabilities for courses where instructional strategy = 700 (special education). This would be helpful for CALPADS assignment monitoring requirements.

Attendance Letter Count - ability to choose the Letter ID
I would like the ability to select which Letter ID affects the Letter Count instead of it being the "Absent" / "Tardy" letter by default.

Demographics - Allow LAC.USS to be Required on Demographics Page
If the LAC.USS field is defined as a required field on the LAC table, make the ability for the requirement to translate over to the STU table where the field displays. Many of my districts are missing this field and they fill in this data on the Demographics page, NOT the Language Assessment page. I made the field required on the LAC but it doesn't translate over as required on STU.

Add Work Habits Grade Values to the Secondary Standards Based Legend
Currently, only the Conduct grade values display on the legend. If a district only issues Work Habits grade values, they do not display on the legend.

Currently for Mass Add Student Related Data - For GATE Records you can only add students to Special Programs table, not the new GATE table (GTE). Please add this functionality.

Our counselors would like to see a report of all the sections that have waitlists and who is on them. We used to do this with a google sheet that they all shared.. I have a query now - but a report would be very helpful.

Contacts - ParentSquare Issue
Our District and Parents are struggling with ParentSquare.
The biggest pain-point is ParentSquare contact syncing from Aeries Contacts.
Background
ParentSquare’s ‘hidden’ logic will deny updates/changes if their is a matching phone or email for multiple contacts. Parents ( and our offices ) call confused since the data is in Aeries Contacts for a single student and looks correct. They have limited ability to self-solve this problem, since they are trying to jump through pages comparing each student record in a family.What we would like to see
