Physical Fitness Testing - Mass Add Feature
Physical Fitness - need the ability to mass add physical fitness records for students that do not have one (same as we use to be able to do in Aeries CS when creating the extract file to the state). Currently all you can do is skip students that already have a record for this year and run the Mass add student data. This is inefficient as it has to be done at each school in order to include the PFT.SCL (it cannot be done at the district level for all schools at once).

Letters - long parent/guardian names are wrapping to a 2nd line. The entire name needs to fit on one line.
We are pdfing the Course Request letter to parents and sending it as a secure document through School Messenger and ParentSquare. In order to do this we have to have the Student ID in the same place on the form for OCR. We added the ID number in the portion we can edit, but the problem arises when the Parent Guardian name is long and pushes into a second line in the header which then pushes the ID number down and our OCR can't find it. We need the full parent guardian name on one line to match the templates…

Support Creation of Immunization Requirement for TB (Tuberculosis) Skin Test
Some districts require a TB skin test (or survey signed by physician) for immunizations to be complete. They would like to be able to add an Immunization Requirement for the TB skin test.

Online Enrollment - Allow NA for Authorizations
In Online Enrollment on the Authorizations Questions, please allow parents to select an NA (Not Applicable) code instead of Yes or No.

The Daily enrollment by Month report is not honoring a Query KEEP or SKIP.

Allow Use of CON.NM in Attendance/District Letters
Allow the Letters to pull from CON table and not use the STU.PG field if contact is Ed Rights Holder or Primary Contact.

Schools would like an option on the discipline dashboard to display (or filter) by grade level.

Online Referral for Counselor
We would like to have a section in Aeries that allows for teachers to send digital referrals to counselors. Counselors would receive an email that a student has been referred to them. When the counselors put in the action, send an email back to the teacher to let them know the resolution.

Add Sort Options for Custom Navigation Pages/Links
Custom pages/links created by adding NAV table entries always appear at the bottom of the folder. Can sorting options be added so that these new pages/links can be sorted alphabetically within existing entries, placed at the top, etc.?

Year format is different on different tables
The format of the YR column is different on many tables, making joins complicated. An example is ENR, which uses an integer year, and AHS, which uses an XXXX-YYYY format year. There is at least one other table that uses XXXX-YY.

Analytics Dashboard Scroll Bar
Add a horizontal scroll bar to allow easier viewing of more records. Currently dashboards only show limited records limited to the default size.

Please add the ability to have permissions in the API Security for Aeries Analytics DAI and DAQ fields. We have some partners asking for this info. DAI is District Analytics Indicators.

Email Log by Student
Within School Info - Send emails - it would be great to see a log or copy of emails that are sent to students. Once an email is sent, unless the user copies themselves, there is no record of that email being sent.

Medical Procedures/Screenings
It would be great to have a better way to document values for medical procedures such as blood sugar levels for students with diabetes or height/weight/BMI with an associated chart or graph.

Scheduling Groups
Have scheduling groups (not the way the currently work where you have to tag EVERY student with a scheduling group) but identify a group of students that need to go into a specific section and give those students priority into that matched section and allow other students to randomly fill the remaining seats. Currently we have to manually put those students in a section and manually lock them before running the scheduler.

Option to hide teacher names on "locator cards" in Mobile App
Before opening day of school we print locator cards w/out teacher names and room numbers. However, we discovered kids can see teacher names and room numbers on the app. Can we hide this information from students till opening day?

Single click button to export ALL student record information a given student.
-- This information would step through all possible reports.
-- This would also include raw csv/tsv files for tables.
Ideally this could be zipped-up and downloaded by a single user account. This would be used to satisfy a Legal records request.
