CCGI - Upload CCGI Extract to CCGI via SFTP
One cool new option for your CCGI export, would be to enter the district's SFTP information into the export, and have the long running process automatically send to CCGI.

Data Confirmation - Make an Address Changes Audit page
Make the process of changing a student's address in the data confirmation process be set up similar to the military and residence survey audit screens. This would lessen the risk of the notification emails being lost in all the other confirmation emails.

CALPADS Report Needed - Teacher Course Qualification Listing
In order to assist schools in properly assigning teachers to courses and section in a way that is compatible with state credentialing requirements, a new report in Aeries must be created to display Course (and maybe Section) information alongside staff information (including SEID). This report would mimic the CALPADS Fall 2 4.3 so that LEAs can get a jump on assignment monitoring.

User Security Permissions - Option to give users previous year's permissions
Currently, after the roll over takes place, we have to manually add back permissions to user accounts for previous years data. Many users are staff that require access to review previous year's data and having to manually update the Permissions table is a lot of additional work. It would be great to add the groups but in previous years. Thank you.

SELA Update Module/Page
Add a Module/Page that lists all the TBD status kiddos so that we can work from one page to update the TBDs to EL, RFEP or IFEP. Have it so you update the Language Fluency with a drop down and then insert the Effective Date. The Language Fluency gets pushed to the STU.LF field and based on the Language fluency chosen, the effective date gets populated in the LAC.SD, LAC.RD1, or LAC.IFD appropriately.

Query - Allow Saved Queries to be shared or copied to other Schools
It would be great if you could save a query to more than one school or if the system allowed you to copy a query to one or more schools to save time. This would allow the same queries to be created at the District level and shared to school sites.

Online Enrollment - Finish translating to Spanish
Finish translating to Spanish words that are displaying in English when logged in as Spanish. I updated to the newest version of Online Enrollment, and was hoping it would have resolved these translation issues. I believe at least one item did get fixed, but the rest still remain.

Address changes in Demographics should cascade to Contacts tagged as "Lives With" the student automatically
Address changes in STU should cascade to Contacts tagged as "Lives With" the student. If a contact is marked Y for Lives With, please have the contact address update automatically if there's a residence address change on the student's demographic screen.

Assertive Discipline - Add alert to enter Administrative Decisions
We set DSP.DS to be a required field, but the user will only be alerted of it if they remember to click on "Add New Administrative Decision" in the Administrative Decision portion of the Assertive Discipline page.
It would be great to have an alert to remind the user to enter a disposition in the Administrative Decision section once they click Save after entering the incident information.
What would be even better, is if there weren't two separate sections to complete. Have it be one form, rather than two.

Allow Import of Renaissance Star360 Scores
Our district just switched to Renaissance Star360 testing for Reading and Math. It would be great to be able to have a process to import scores into Aeries.

Create an Import Process for ASVAB
The CA Dept of Ed is beginning to ask for ASVAB information. They are evaluating it for possible future use in CCI's. Can Aeries create an import routine to import this information into the TST (Test Scores) or CTS (College Test Scores) tables?
70 votesWe are re-evaluating this idea to determine if the ASVAB scores can be imported into Aeries. We are gathering feedback from our customers that could help us move forward with this request.
- What type of file is received, is it in a specific format. txt, csv, excel or does it have options?
- Is there an option to receive information, such as a birthdate, and Last Name, First Name and Middle name in separate columns?
- If your district can provide us a recent copy of the ASVAB results file received that comes directly from Military Testing, unaltered, please submit a ticket with the attached file so we can evaluate the data in the file.
- Is only having the AFQT score imported enough? Do subgroups need to be included? Note that only the AFQT score is being collected in ECDS (i.e., the results for all sections are not being collected).

Allow Lunch Count for period attendance schools
Currently lunch count can only be taken at elementary or flex schools that have daily attendance. Taking lunch count in a high or middle school would be desirable. For Flex and Secondary schools with period attendance, there could be a setting denoting the period to take lunch count.

Attendance Infograph for Parents
Create an attendance notification that can be sent to parents via text/email. The notification should contain the number of days the student has missed and a chart of absence thresholds. It should also contain the school phone number.

504 Plan Meeting - Enhance to allow multiple meeting dates rather than adding a new plan
Also, in the 504 table, there should be a way to add a new "meeting" date to the existing 504 plan. The plan is the same plan and should be kept open until it is closed for a new plan. For annual meetings, there should be a tab to keep track of the annual meetings on the same plan, instead of adding a new plan every year.

Ability to tag courses as available to certain schools only
Please add the ability to offer school-based courses. There are some courses that are only offered at a single school site. These courses should not be able to be used at other schools, even if their grade range is within the valid range for that school.

Option to hide student schedules from parents AND students until Parent Data Confirmation is complete.
Currently schedules can be hidden from parents until Data Confirmation has been completed, however the schedule cannot be dynamically hidden from students at the same time.
