  1. CALPADS 2026–27: Add Itinerant Teacher and Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher Indicators to CRSE/C Extracts

    To support CALPADS 2026–27 reporting requirements, Aeries will add or identify fields to use for the Course Section Enrollment and Completion (CRSE/C) extracts:

    9.37 – Itinerant Teacher (Y/N)
    9.38 – Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher (Y/N)

  2. CALPADS Extracts to support accent marks.

    CALPADS Extracts sometimes do not recognize accent marks and instead will place a question mark where the letter was.

  3. District Attendance Letters - Prevent timeouts and make the process more efficient

    There are 2 issues with District Attendance Letters:
    1. Generating letters are displaying the warning symbol and are timing out
    2. Opening the Completed letters is timing out at the school level. Completed letters can be opened at the district level.
