Online Enrollment - Finish translating to Spanish
Finish translating to Spanish words that are displaying in English when logged in as Spanish. I updated to the newest version of Online Enrollment, and was hoping it would have resolved these translation issues. I believe at least one item did get fixed, but the rest still remain.

Flex Student Attendance - Add the Section Number before the course Course Title in Flex Student Attendance
In the Flex Student Attendance page, please add the section number before the course title. This would be helpful for attendance clerks to see the section number right there when having to update or change absence codes.

Add function to update CCI for all students
Please add a function to update the CCI - College Career Indicator table for all students. Currently the CCI table is updated as the page is accessed for a student.

Allow Lunch Count for period attendance schools
Currently lunch count can only be taken at elementary schools that have daily attendance. Taking lunch count in a high or middle school would be desirable. For Flex and Secondary schools with period attendance, there could be a setting denoting the period to take lunch count.

Mass Add Attendance Notes
Currently, Mass Change Period Absences only works for updating one day at a time which means attendance notes can only be added one day at a time. It would be helpful to be able to update attendance notes for a date range, ex: add same attendance note 9/13/21-9/15/21.

Attendance Infograph for Parents
Create an attendance notification that can be sent to parents via text/email. The notification should contain the number of days the student has missed and a chart of absence thresholds. It should also contain the school phone number.

Parent Data Confirmation - Allow option to transfer to another school
The Parent Data Confirmation currently does not follow the student if they change schools because of the possibility of different questions, authorizations etc.
When a student changes schools, allow the Parent Data Confirmation records from ICL table to be copied to the new school. This will allow parents the ability to complete the process at the new school and finish where they left off. Many documents are Districtwide documents and are the same for each school.

Allow authorizations to be targeted to specific grade levels in the same way documents can be. District have authorizations that are only relevant for specific grade levels.

Aeries CALPADS SENR ODS Adjustment for the E150 Exit code
Adjust the CALPADS SENR ODS process to auto-populate the E150 Exit code for all Enrollment Status changes within the same school. Currently the internal 440 exit code is only extracting as the E150 exit code for the Enrollment Status change from 10 - Primary Enrollment to 50 - Non-ADA (and vice-versa) in the same school.

Add a report for Pre-referral Interventions
There currently is no way to print pre-referral interventions. Pre-referral interventions are attached with the intervention to suspension paperwork as evidence of ongoing issues and attempts to prevent. Please add a button or report to print pre-referral interventions for a student.

When adding a new Counseling record, pre-load the Counselor field with the users login name.

Disable 'Nickname' field in Online Enrollment
Is it possible to disable the "Nick Name" (First Name Alias) Field in Aeries Online Enrollment?

Transcripts - Display student's legal and preferred name
With student identity at the forefront, student's are changing their names in Aeries, we move legal name to the LSI fields for legal name and gender, but on transcripts students have to choose either to have their preferred name listed (unofficial transcript) or legal name shown (official transcript). I am requesting the option to add preferred name to show up along with legal name - basically allow both names to be listed on the transcript instead of choosing one or the other.

Student Attendance - Add Teacher Under Course in Flex Attendance
In the Flex Student Attendance page please add the teacher name under the course title. This would be helpful for attendance clerks to see the teacher name right there.
