Check for Existing Records through Import Data to Aeries - Supplemental Attendance
On the Import Data to Aeries page, it would be great if it checked for preexisting identical rows of data within the table and prevented duplicate uploads for information into the Supplemental Attendance Data (ATD). This would allow a continuously running attendance roster without having to separate out student data that has already been uploaded, allowing us to keep a Master sheet instead of having to start over or manipulate data for each new upload cycle. Add permission for Import Data to FLG table
Add an Insert Permission for FLG table, so that non-Admins may be authorized to Mass Update FLG, which is presently locked to Admin accounts only.
"Unfortunately, the FLG table is one that does not have the "Insert" permission as an option. And "Insert" and "Mass Update" are required for a table to show in the Import Data to Aeries list. So only Admin type of accounts can Import Data to Aeries for FLG."

CCGI Data File to exclude optional fields
For the CCGI student file, we would like to have the option to exclude optional data elements from the student file. Specifically, we do not want to include program participation or other non-mandatory fields.

Show API Status for CERS Student Group Extract Files
In the CERS Student Group Extract view, please add API status indicators so users can quickly tell whether a file was intended to post to the API and whether that post was successful. In addition to the existing record count, adding columns such as API Enabled and API Success would allow customers to validate scheduled vs. manual processes at a glance, reduce confusion during troubleshooting, and minimize the need to look in SQL for confirmation. Support CSU Direct Admissions (SB 640) – Data Export / Eligibility Classification
California Senate Bill 640 establishes the California State University (CSU) Direct Admissions Program, which will require districts to provide student academic data to support CSU admission determinations. CSU and CCGI have not yet released technical or logistical guidance (e.g., data specifications, eligibility calculations, or submission process) for SIS vendors or districts.
This idea is to track potential Aeries support for CSU Direct Admissions once official requirements are published.3 votes -
ELOP Data Management - Option 3
With the recent addition of the EOY LEAP Extract, districts using Option 3 are now restricted to a single upload to avoid data duplication. This limitation prevents districts from beginning their CALPADS validation process early, delaying their ability to identify and correct critical data issues.
To support accurate reporting and maintain alignment with established workflows across other data areas, it is essential that the Import to Aeries process for the PGM table structure include an option to update existing records. Enabling multiple uploads—without duplication—would significantly improve district efficiency and ensure timely CALPADS compliance.

Importing the "Projected Proficiency Level 2" field into NWEA
Importing the NWEA's Projected Proficiency Level 2 field into the Aeries testing area. This field is a comparison that parents will be able to make when analyzing their children's results, relating them to state tests.

Import data to FRE - Populate FRE.CD with import of household number and income
When manually populating FRE.NO (household size) and FRE.YR (income) in FRE their is form logic that then auto-calculates and populates FRE.CD. But when we import this same data via Import Data to Aeries the form logic does not execute, and FRE.CD remains blank. The request is to adjust Aeries logic to have FRE.CD auto-calculate and populate based on imported data the same as it does for manually entered data into FRE.

CCGI Data File to honor Transcript Definition option to not include +/-'s
We need the datafile/extract for CCGI that is generated to not include +/-'s on the grades... Since we do not include +/-'s on student transcripts we need the datafile to not include +/-s. This is causing a course grade letter grade mismatch.

Import Test Results - Make the expected file layouts available on the support site
It would be nice to be able to view the expected file layout for each of the assessments on the "Import Test Results" page. That way, we can compare what Aeries is expecting to what the vendor is providing.

NSLP Configurations - Days to Run Import
Enhance this page to provide a warning informing if no days are selected, the process will continue to run everyday. To disable the process from running, the user can select the Disable Scheduled Process button.

Allow data overwriting in Import Data to Aeries
On the Import Data to Aeries page, allow attendance data to be overwritten by the imported attendance data in flex scheduling. Currently, if we mass upload tardy data into Aeries, it creates a duplicate section instead of overwriting the attendance code already entered.

Oneroster v1.1 configuration needs more detailed settings.
The OneRoster v1.1 configuration needs more granular controls for which information is sent in the OneRoster zip file. The API interface has multiple options on data to share while the OneRoster v1.1 Configuration. Either similar options to the API permissions should be included or the SFTP push option should be integrated as an option in the API configuration.

Add DB Suffix and Year to import result reports email subject line
I get several emails daily as a result of automated, overnight imports and extracts. It would be helpful to know for sure which database generated the results report -- as I have 3 separate Aeries databases. It would also be very helpful after rollover to be sure that the imports/extracts are coming out of the new year database.

Import Data - Allow STJ and STA tables
Please allow us to update the STJ and STA tables through "import data to Aeries" instead of just SQL. STA is needed for CBEDS and STJ is needed for Fall 2.

Add Source code to the AUT records created when CAASPP scores are imported
During the CAASPP Test administration students are asked if they want their test results released to CSU and/or California Community Colleges. If the student does not want the information released, the authorization record will be created
