Data Confirmation - Make an Address Changes Audit page
Make the process of changing a student's address in the data confirmation process be set up similar to the military and residence survey audit screens. This would lessen the risk of the notification emails being lost in all the other confirmation emails.

Make Contacts Changes Audit page before they are changed in Aeries to be set up similar to the military and residence survey audit screens. This would lessen the risk of parents intentionally or unintentionally editing contacts data in Aeries.

Also, the same for the Contacts component, instead of changing them would be great to confirm them and populate them similar to the military and residence survey audit screens.

Bryan, are you thinking something similar along the lines of the Residence Survey & Military Survey where it has to be confirmed before it makes a program record?
If so, I think that would be a great idea so the office can just go in & review and click approve or reject.

When parent enters address change, we would like this request to go into a new table & staff form.
This would be a queue for office staff to:
------ a. Allow/update address ( when selected email parent of change )
------ b. Pending verification ( when selected email parent of change )
------ c. deny change ( when selected email parent of change )
------ d. Notes about address change
------ e. Document upload ( ability to keep documentation of address change )
