Label Student Name fields as Preferred
Please consider labeling the Last Name and First Name fields on the demographics page with "Preferred" so it is clear for everyone. Our teachers and staff find it confusing between legal names, preferred names and legal names.

Emulate Parent Account from the Student Profile
It would be nice if everywhere a parent account is listed (like Profile) it were possible to click the "emulate" button.
Right now the workflow is "Grab a student ID, then copy it, then search it in Manage Parent/Student Accounts, then emulate."

Print Standards Based Report Cards - Option to Sort by Grade and Student
Currently, the Print Standards Based Report Cards report prints alphabetically - by teacher. Like many districts, we print by grade and would like to be able to have the grade print alphabetically by student so we can just file the lot, instead of having to file each class separately.

Update Code Table - Display Message for Tables That Cannot Be Updated
Right now, when a table is either hardcoded or pulls from another table, there is nothing to indicate that on the Update Code Table page. It would be really nice to have a message of some kind display to indicate that.
For example, STU.HL is an updatable table. CON.CL pulls from STU.HL, but when I go to the Update Code Table page for CON.CL, it is blank, with the option to add a new record. But if I add any new records, according to support, those won't do anything because that page is irrelevant. And it's possible that I missed…

The ability to create a counselor subgroup in Aeries Analytics
We are moving to using Aeries Analytics dashboards for our entire school district to be able to identify how to best aim our resources. Our counselors, by necessity have access to the entire school they work at, but they also have a caseload of students specific to them. We need them to be able to run analytics based on their caseload, but currently we cannot find a way to use the counseling field to create a dynamic group that would do this. Copy Letter text (suspension, discipline, attendance, Illness etc.) to multiple schools
As an Administrator, I would like to be able to copy letter text to other schools without having to cut and paste to each school. We often update letters district wide or by school level and being able to update in one file and copy to other schools with the same Letter ID would be helpful.

Assertive Discipline Emails
Currently emails only go out when a teacher inputs something to assertive discipline. We would like an email to go out whenever anyone adds to assertive discipline especially if causes suspension or expulsion.

Portal documents organization
Make it easier to organize / edit portal documents. Right now, the icons are large and difficult to drag and drop. Being able to select multiple docs to move to a folder would be great. Having an easy way to identify district files vs school specific files would be helpful too.

In Online Enrollment, there should be an option to set authorization questions to only be active for some schools. For example, we only want our high schools to have a 1:1 Chromebook authorization question.

SELA Import - Include list of SSIDs when no match is found
SELA Import Results. Update the email results to include a list of SSID numbers instead of the number of students without matches. This will help with identifing the SSID in the file that was not matched to a record in Aeries.

Foster Survey Audit - Limit to eligible students
The foster survey audit is listing both eligible and non-eligible students which creates an issue for the school sites trying to reject hundreds of records that will not need a special program record. It would be great if the non-eligible records did not display in the foster survey audit, just like the residency and military audits that only display eligible students.

Inactive Schools and School Selection List
When we have a school marked inactive (happens from time to time when a county school or preschool isn't used for a year) but we want to keep the school number, it would be nice if the school would not appear on the school dropdown selection listing any more.

Data Confirmation - Change Details Email
When the parent makes a change and the email is sent we would like to see a digest of all the changes for the student in one email. Maybe the email could be sent after the parent clicks the Final confirmation that way all the changes would be in one email.
