    Please add a field for time on the victims page. The time slot on the discipline page is only useful if discipline was associated with the victim incident, an incident such as alleged bullying would not have a discipline incident.

    Under Security

    Hello, too many of the tickets I receive from staff are requests to reset their password. Students and Parents can click on "Forgot Password" so it would be nice if staff could have the same option.

    Add Russian to the "language choices" portion of the online enrollment interface.

    (Select the language(s) parents will be able to choose as an option of viewing the enrollment questions:)

    Need a new report, similar to the Monthly Attendance Summary, that allows the ability to enter a date-range, so that days on the calendar after the P1 and P2 cutoff dates are not included.

    We would like to provide school-site contracted vendors access to Aeries via:
    -- AeriesAPI
    -- OneRoster

    Aeries needs a way to:
    1. Limit the access to select schools during the upload/ API call

    1. Ability to track API login history / upload history ( IP and date )

    2. Ability to set Date-Ranges for access / upload ( to accommodate demos )

  13. Allow itinerant teachers to be primary on their sections

    For Flex Scheduling schools, we report itinerant teachers by creating a class for them, tagging it as itinerant, and making sure that the teacher is NOT set as primary on the class. This causes various issues with syncing to third-party systems, pulling data in Query, and means that the class shows up as unassigned in reports and the Flex MST board. I can't think of a good reason why they can't be set as primary (maybe it's a carryover from the pre-flex world?) so please remove this restriction.

    In the other district enrollment section, add a "No Previous School" checkbox be added to the top of the page so that parents enrolling students for the first time in a US school can check that and move on to the next page.

  18. Attendance Notes Dropdown - code column not visible

    Attendance Notes dropdown - Please swap places in the dropdown of how attendance notes are viewed by placing the code to the left of the description. A lot of instruction at the local level are written out with the code to use, but it's not easily visible in the dropdown.

  20. Update Monthly Income in FRE Based on Income Survey Results

    An auditor suggested that the Monthly Income should updated with the high end dollar amount of the USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines bracket when an Income Survey is submitted to FRE. They mentioned that it would give the district an appropriate "backup" in which to confirm the income in relation to the eligibility status when auditing Free and Reduced data.
