Data Confirmation - Change Details Email
When the parent makes a change and the email is sent we would like to see a digest of all the changes for the student in one email. Maybe the email could be sent after the parent clicks the Final confirmation that way all the changes would be in one email.

Update Code Table - Display Message for Tables That Cannot Be Updated
Right now, when a table is either hardcoded or pulls from another table, there is nothing to indicate that on the Update Code Table page. It would be really nice to have a message of some kind display to indicate that.
For example, STU.HL is an updatable table. CON.CL pulls from STU.HL, but when I go to the Update Code Table page for CON.CL, it is blank, with the option to add a new record. But if I add any new records, according to support, those won't do anything because that page is irrelevant. And it's possible that I missed…

CRDC - Discipline Setup - Ability to add AND as a condition
We don't have a huge Suspendable Offense Code table and use A1-Phys/Inj/Fight (caused, attempted to cause, or threatened to cause physical injury to another person) for both actual fights & physical injury as well as threats. When I do the CRDC Discipline set up, there's no ability to put an AND condition to be able to include a user field to help separate the threats from the fights. So Physical Attack & Threats are getting over reported for CRDC because every A1 is getting counted for both. Currently it shows 114 physical injury & 92 Threats. Being able to add…

The ability to create a counselor subgroup in Aeries Analytics
We are moving to using Aeries Analytics dashboards for our entire school district to be able to identify how to best aim our resources. Our counselors, by necessity have access to the entire school they work at, but they also have a caseload of students specific to them. We need them to be able to run analytics based on their caseload, but currently we cannot find a way to use the counseling field to create a dynamic group that would do this. Copy Letter text (suspension, discipline, attendance, Illness etc.) to multiple schools
As an Administrator, I would like to be able to copy letter text to other schools without having to cut and paste to each school. We often update letters district wide or by school level and being able to update in one file and copy to other schools with the same Letter ID would be helpful.

Currently emails only go out when a teacher inputs something to assertive discipline. We would like an email to go out whenever anyone adds to assertive discipline especially if causes suspension or expulsion.

In the other district enrollment section, add a "No Previous School" checkbox be added to the top of the page so that parents enrolling students for the first time in a US school can check that and move on to the next page.

ETS is now making personalized video SSRs available (for a fee) to Districts. They would like to be able to have the parents access them in the Parent Portal, similar to how they can access the printed Score Reports (SSR)

Online Enrollment - Have different "Custom Text" and "Questions and Codes" for Current Year and Next Year
It would be great to have different verbiage when families enroll for the current school year vs pre-enrolling for the next school year. Currently I have to list out what families who are pre-enrolling have to do vs families who are enrolling their students who are enrolling for the current school year.
It would be great to have the ability to skip Authorizations for pre-enrolled students. Now it is all or none. The authorizations for pre-enrolled students are moot since they have to do data confirmation for the next school year.
It gets confusing for my families especially the non-English…
