Import Data - Allow STJ and STA tables
Please allow us to update the STJ and STA tables through "import data to Aeries" instead of just SQL. STA is needed for CBEDS and STJ is needed for Fall 2.

Add Russian to the "language choices" portion of the online enrollment interface.

Students take summer school at the beginning of the academic year in some districts. Can we show the summer term column first before each grade, rather than after?

Academic Plan - Only display tagged courses in Course list
Honor the tagged courses in Academic Plan Course Options whether a student searches by specific Subject or All Courses. Currently, the tagged courses only show when they select a specific subject area.

Demographics - Add a field for a Community College ID
As Dual Enrollment programs increase in California, there must be a place to store Community College information in Aeries. By creating a field that can be queried, it would allow K12 staff to identify students and create a more streamlined communication with community college partners.

SELA Import - Include list of SSIDs when no match is found
SELA Import Results. Update the email results to include a list of SSID numbers instead of the number of students without matches. This will help with identifing the SSID in the file that was not matched to a record in Aeries.

Authentication with Microsoft Azure AD Services
We are making the migrating Microsoft Azure AD Identity Services (along with a host of other Azure services: SSPR, biometric sign-in, MFA, one-drive, and more, oh my!). It would be beneficial to all teachers, staff, and administrators to have an AZURE AD option enabled to allow quick seamless sign-in to Aeries portals. The google integration works great, but we are moving away from google.
THE WHY - The feature would enable a smoother sign in process for end users and promotes a more secure environment for district technology departments.
NOTE: I am not saying Aeries SIS is not secure, only…

Online Enrollment - Other District Enrollment - Add "No Previous School" Checkbox
In the other district enrollment section, add a "No Previous School" checkbox be added to the top of the page so that parents enrolling students for the first time in a US school can check that and move on to the next page.

Attendance Notes Dropdown - code column not visible
Attendance Notes dropdown - Please swap places in the dropdown of how attendance notes are viewed by placing the code to the left of the description. A lot of instruction at the local level are written out with the code to use, but it's not easily visible in the dropdown.

Update Monthly Income in FRE Based on Income Survey Results
An auditor suggested that the Monthly Income should updated with the high end dollar amount of the USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines bracket when an Income Survey is submitted to FRE. They mentioned that it would give the district an appropriate "backup" in which to confirm the income in relation to the eligibility status when auditing Free and Reduced data.

Portal documents organization
Make it easier to organize / edit portal documents. Right now, the icons are large and difficult to drag and drop. Being able to select multiple docs to move to a folder would be great. Having an easy way to identify district files vs school specific files would be helpful too.
