Query - Support Questions or Substitutions
Please add support for questions or substitutions. Allow a query to be created that prompts the user for a value that can be placed within the query. A simple example would be a LIST STU ID NM GR IF GR = @GradeLevel. When the query was run, the user would be prompted to enter the value of @GradeLevel.

Security Settings - Alphabetize Tables
In security settings, it would be really nice to have the tables alphabetized or otherwise logically organized so we can more easily find the items we want to update within each section. And if the sections could also be either alphabetized or listed in the same order as the Aeries menu, that would also be very helpful.

UC/CSU Graduation Status Summary By Subject Area
Under the Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard can you add UC/CSU tabs that will show Graduation Status Summary by Subject Area of students on/off track by letter grade not credits completed. Since UC/CSU requirements are based on a letter grade the student receives for each course and subject.

Add a Gradebook Option for Minimum % (floor) for overall gradebook mark.
Gradebook Option for Minimum % (floor) for overall gradebook mark. This would be similar to the gradebook assignment Min/Max % options, but would apply to the overall gradebook score.
EX: Aeries gradebooks allow for each assignment grade to be based on what was earned but have the final mark grade reflected show as a minimum of 50%3 votes -
Class Page - Reschedule button does not work for Inactive/Pre-enrolled students
The Classes page does not allow the system to schedule pre-enrolled students using the "Reschedule" button. At this time, the "Reschedule" button doesn't appear if the student is Inactive.

Add ability to pull an Indicator in Analytics by CRS.S2 field
Some districts have grad requirements that are met based on the CRS.S2 field value. Please add the option to include CRS.S2 value to Analtyics.

Portal Options - Allow More "Additional Att Codes"
Due to Hybrid and Distance Learning. having the ability to add more than 5 "additional att code" sections would be ideal. Perhaps an "insert Additional Att Code" button would be good. Allowing us to added as we need them.

Weekly Instructional Minutes - Prevent Teachers from Certifying Week Early
A lot of our teachers are currently certifying their weekly instructional minutes for the entire week on Monday, when they haven't actually taught the entire week. Can we create a way to limit teachers from certifying the current week until Friday or Monday of the next week?
For example, for the week of 11/30 - 12/4 teachers have a time stamp of 11/30 for certification, which is certifying in the future since they haven't actually taught yet.

Work Permit Visits page - Have a link to the Employers page from the Visits page.
The Employer information details is stored in the Employers page. It would be nice to be able to click on the Employer from the Visits page and take you to the Employer details.

Census day report-include option to count NSLP as of report date
Since we can included any FRE eligible student up through December and January this year in our counts, it would be nice to have the ability to include students who are eligible after census day in the CBEDS report. It could be an option much like the one available for the EL count.

Add the PRI table to Analytics
This request comes from Analytics training. Customers using PreReferral to Interventions and Interventions in Aeries for monitoring student success, need the PRI table in Analytics so that they can use Analytics to provide intervention courses. Hanford is using our program and trying to move away from another vendor but needs this table added.

Student Emergency Cards - Display Student Name on Side
For our emergency cards, we keep them in a file folder that is turned sideways. On our previous cards, there was a place for the student's name and the teacher so when we flipped through the cards we could quickly pull out the correct card.
Can this information be added to the side so that we can continue to print out the emergency card via Aeries.3 votes -

Classroom Attendance - Allow sorting of Name column
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we've had to separate our students into A and B groups for when they return to campus. Now, when we (in the office) go into Classroom Attendance they are grouped as A and B. It would be nice to be able to sort the class by name but it is not available.

Copy grades to history should overwrite instead of creating a duplicate
At the middle school, after grades are completed, our office staff would click on copy grades to history to update transcript.
Oftentimes, they would click on the button again and the transcripts end up with duplicate grades with the header that says "work in progress."
When this happens, we would reach out to support for a SQL query that we can run to clear the history.
Is it possible for this function to be disabled after it's run the first time? Or if it's run the second time, could it overwrite instead of create a duplicate one?3 votes -
Google Classroom/Aeries Gradebook Sync - Sync with Missing in Google Classroom Grades
Please add the code "M" for missing so if there is an "M" in the blank, it shows red and calculates as a zero in the overall percentage and also shows in the missing assignment sections on Aeries.
Also add the functionality to sync the missing assignments in Google Classwork to populate corresponding assignments in Aeries with the "M" code during the Import process.
This way we can eliminate the need to check the "Is Grading Complete?" button in order to get accurate overall percentages and grades and missing assignments to show up. Please consider this. Teachers really need this!

Attendance Letters - Ability to Push One Letter to Other Schools
In addition to pushing the whole LET table from one site to another, it would be nice to have the ability to select one or multiple Attendance letters to push, without overwriting the whole table at the other site.
