  3. Transcript Only Valid Marks

    We would like an option to designate certain marks as only being valid on a transcript, but not be valid for teachers to select during grading. An example would be a school that does not issue "A+", but still wants to record it and honor it for transfers.

    Currently if a student has a mark that is not in valid marks (perhaps because they transferred from a school in the same district) the class is dropped from the credits and GPA calculations entirely.

  4. 2-Mark Standards Based Grade Report Card

    Allow for a 2-mark Standards Based Grade (SBG) report card. Currently the report card formats are fixed to either 3 or 4 marks. This does not accommodate elementary schools who are semester based, or issue grades only two times per year.

  6. Add MST.DLI Field to OneRoster API Output

    Description:
    Requesting that the MST.DLI (Date Last In School) field be included in the data exposed through Aeries’ OneRoster API. This field is particularly useful for LMS integrations such as Canvas, where tracking student enrollment and attendance history is critical for accurate rostering and reporting.

    Currently, this field is not available via the API, and there is no option to customize the API output through the Aeries UI. Adding MST.DLI would enhance the flexibility and usefulness of the OneRoster feed for districts relying on automated LMS syncs.

    Including MST.DLI in the OneRoster API would improve data accuracy and integration…

  7. High Quality CTE Course Indicator for virtual college courses

    In the CALPADS EOY CRSC extract files, college courses (Course Level = 23 or 24) that are assigned a CTE state course code (7000-8999) require a high Quality CTE Course Indicator. The 9.36 field should populate with a Y to indicate the course and teacher meet the High Quality CTE Course qualifications when the college CTE course is virtualized and no section or section school is assigned.

  11. Allow For Automated Report Email Subject Line To Be Edited

    Automated report emails to parents such as Gradebook Reports (Missing Assignments), will contain the student name and course in the subject line of the email. In an effort to protect personally identifiable information from being visible, the ability to edit the subject line or have an option to hide student details would be necessary.

  15. Automatic inactivate user accounts and staff accounts based on employment end date

    Hello,

    When the end of the year comes around each year we have to manually end inactivate
    all staff member accounts who are exiting. We enter end dates and then have to manually one by one inactivate user accounts. It would be great if their was a process that could be run to automatically do this or a process that would do this by end or exit date.

  16. TX Final Year Mark: Enhance Final Grade Calculation for Credit Recovery Courses with the Same Service ID for Multiple Courses

    When calculating average marks, the system currently only considers one prior and one current GRD record per Service ID. It does not calculate for scenarios where multiple GRD records exist for the same Service ID—either multiple current or multiple past marks, including credit recovery scenarios.     Can the TST.LX and TST.QT for Lexile and Quantile scores be added to the Analytics Score Field dropdown?
    This will make them available in the Student Extended Fields for Query.

  18. Student Interventions Report Date Sort Order

    When Printing using the Print button on the student Interventions page or from View All Reports, the report lists the Intervention records in order of Date Time (DTS) added in Descending order. Add an option to be able to print the report in Intervention record date (INV.DT) order

  20. Residence Survey Audit - Custom Date not honored

    In CA, for the Residence Survey Audit process, when the Custom Date option is selected and the Participation Date field is populated with a date value, the system is not honoring the Custom Date. Instead, the Date Submitted is being populated in the PGM table. Also, when the Date Submitted option is selected, only the Eligibility Start Date (PGM.ESD) should get populated. Currently, the process is populating both Eligibility (PGM.ESD) and Participation (PGM.PSD). The only time both of these fields should be populated is if the Custom Date is used, per documenation.
