Alt Ed Scheduling - Inactive Courses
For a school with Alt Ed Scheduling turned on, editing courses in Course Attendance (CAR) record allows the user to update the course number to an inactive course but the same cannot be done in Classes (SEC). Either adding inactive courses should work in BOTH CAR and SEC or not at all in BOTH.

Add CA School Entry Date on Demographics Page
I have a request from one of our secretaries. Their request is to have some of the demographic pages rearranged:
"All the other school entry dates (US,District, School) are on the demographics page.
BUT, you have to go to Language Assessment to get to entry in CA school. You don't even need to go into Language Assessment if you have an EL kid."

Independent Study Agreement- sort by most current with name of the school created at
The independent study page shows the oldest agreement listed first.Is there a way to sort the order so the most current/recent agreement is listed on top with the name of the school in which the agreement was created? This would be helpful when students transfer from one school to another. Families see that there is a previously signed agreement and do not scroll to the newest agreement which leaves it incomplete.

Change the agreement "Please Sign" button
I have a site requesting that the "Please Sign" button for Independent Study Agreements is changed to a different color. They are reporting that some parents and teachers are not realizing that it is a button and are thinking it is just a banner due to it being the same color.

CERS Student Groups Extract – Add Support for RSP Teachers to See Students with IEPS
Add an option to the CERS Student Groups Extract to break up the Teacher Roster with a section that associates the RSP Teachers with students in the class with IEPS.

Emergency Cards - Current term only
Currently Emergency Cards state the complete student schedules. It displays all classes whether Fall or Spring making the cards possibly more than one page. Please include an option for current term only. To me this makes so much more sense then having past terms printed as well possibly leading to confusion.

Special Program LIP records - don't auto close based on enrollment
Here is a scenario of one EL student. I created an open 305 program record at school zero start date 8/13/2019. The student left on 12/19/2019. I didn't close the program record as it will need to stay open since she is still "eligible" to receive LIP services. Then she came back on 8/17/2021 and she is attending a different school in our district.
I would still want the 8/13/2019 as the start date to post because that is when she became eligible. But it looks like the SPRG sends a end date of when she left our district and…3 votes -

Importing grade from excel file to an assignment - match on student email
When importing a grade from an excel file to an assignment add an email category to line up with because many assessment tools use the email and not a student id.

Make the attendance FILL Periods field user specific
on the attendance page FILL PERIODS section it needs to be user specific not site specific. if one user has it set to fill all periods and another user sets it to NOT fill all periods it gets confusing between users and what they are doing with it automatically changing between them as a whole. Users don't realize and submit it as an issue.

DRA.CC and DRA.CD should sync with DRI and vice versa for currently checked out devices. If a condition is added to an assigned asset.

Include TREx Element TE077 (WITHDRAWAL-COURSE-GRADE) on the TREx Student Record Export
TREx Element TE077 (WITHDRAWAL-COURSE-GRADE) is not included in the TREx Student Record Export. Requesting this be added so that when students transfer out of district their withdrawal grades are included electronically.

Add option to Copy Graduation Track Subject Area Code from one Track to Another
Users are able to create a new Graduation track and add a new Subject Area codes that apply only to that track. It would be nice to have an option to copy the new code to all other tracks.
