Automated days in Class Calendars for Flex Scheduling
When we create a Class Calendar for Flex scheduling, for example MTWF, it would be wonderful if Aeries could do the rest and we not have to click a little check box for every day of the school year that class will be in session. If we have already created the overall School Calendar and we create a Class Calendar for MTWF and assign it to a section, then Aeries would already have the info needed to determine the days that section is in session and needs attendance. Student Absent or Tardy Report - Enhance headers to display information from Contact Linking.
Student Absent or Tardy Report - Enhance report to support Contact Linking information. Headings are hardcoded to display original Fathers Work and Mothers Work. If Mother's information is listed in Contact Linking as Primary 1 it display's under the Father heading.

TREx Export – PersonalGradPlan
Personal Grad Plan field will be added to the TREx Student Record. The same logic will be used as for PEIMS to determine if the student has a Personal Grad Plan, or whether to use LSI.

Display the Primary Teacher for Inactive Students when school year ends
Display the most recent Primary Teacher in the Primary Teacher(s) field on the Student Demographics screen when a student is inactivated and no longer has classes and the School year has ended.

Oneroster v1.1 configuration needs more detailed settings.
The OneRoster v1.1 configuration needs more granular controls for which information is sent in the OneRoster zip file. The API interface has multiple options on data to share while the OneRoster v1.1 Configuration. Either similar options to the API permissions should be included or the SFTP push option should be integrated as an option in the API configuration.

In Other Options in CALAPDS Extracts can we have a table or dropdown where we can select what Language Fluency (STU.LF) code(s) not to report to CALPADS? For example, we have a 'Waiting on **' code for students who are new to our district but not new to CA. This allows our ELPAC team to know they do not need to be Initially ELPAC tested and we are waiting to confirm ELAS. In the past, it was not an issue because CALPADS would just overlook the TBD (which is the translation code) but with the CALPADS changes, it's rejecting the…

Attendance Note -- Allowing non attendance period teachers to add attendance note
It would be helpful to allow non attendance period teachers to add attendance notes. Currently, these teachers get a message "Alert - Not Authorized to add nots t this Period/Section!". Our independent study schools are set up as daily period 1 attendance but students have different teachers for different periods. However, only period 1 teachers can add notes; others cannot.

Allow the Ability to Copy Standards in SBG
Allow the ability to have a functional Copy Standards button in SBG > Standards so that we can easily change/modify the copied standard to what we need, as well as the name (of course). It is so easy to make mistakes, especially when adding so many.

Add DB Suffix and Year to import result reports email subject line
I get several emails daily as a result of automated, overnight imports and extracts. It would be helpful to know for sure which database generated the results report -- as I have 3 separate Aeries databases. It would also be very helpful after rollover to be sure that the imports/extracts are coming out of the new year database.

Allow for more than one course to be listed as prerequisite
Currently, only one prerequisite course can be added. We need to be able to list 2 Ag Welding 2 classes as a prerequisite (one of the courses is dual enrolled). Either course should be listed as a prerequisite for Ag welding 3

Pre-Rollover Audit Report - Excel Version (not PDF version)
Because of the need to sort the data in the Report, I opted to select the Excel version of the Report (in place of the PDF version). However, there are lots of problems with the Excel version.
- The data in the Excel version is formatted like the PDF version
- Like the PDF version, the data in the Excel version is divided into Pages
- The data in the Excel version includes empty columns inbetween columns with data -- (I counted 11 empty columns in my Report)
