Global Messages - support multiple languages
The ability to post the message in other languages, the same way you we add multiple languages for Data Confirmation.

Update Verbiage on the Scheduling Setup Page
This verbiage needs to be modified to explain the process more correctly:
On the Scheduling Setup page, if you select Blank out the SSS Table and Do Nothing with the SMS Table, when you click on the Initialize Scheduling button, the Confirm message asks: Are you sure you want to initialize SSS and SMS using the above options? The SMS table should not be part of this question.

Allow for a set of pre-defined Text Replacement statements to run against CALPADS file after every extract
Many districts have special situations that require that they change data in files after the files are created before the data goes up to CALPADS. Having those "Replacement" statements saved in Aeries and automatically run would save a ton of time and make things more flexible. Each Replacement Statement should be able to be associated with specific files.

Option to remove "overall" score from standards gradebook
Would like to seen an option to remove the "overall" score from the standards gradebook. For districts fully implementing the Marzano philosophy of grading, each standard should stand on its own and not be "averaged" into an overall mark/grade.

Gradebook Assignments By Student Report-Filtering Option for Category Grade vs. Overall Grade
I would like to request a filtering option be added to the Gradebook Assignments by Student report under the options tab to be able to target students who are below/above a specified percentage in any Category versus just the overall grade in the gradebook.

Filter on Students for Printing Transcripts
From Trainers: When printing transcripts you cannnot filter for students. If you select the Grade Level option, it prints for all students in the grade level. We need to be able to find students and select student more efficiently so that we can print transcripts from the College Request Page. When the Print Transcripts button is selected, the user is re-directed to the Transcript Report Page - if you have 2000 students at a high school, you are required to scroll through the student list to select specific students to print the transcript for the college. Link personal school calendar to Aeries Calendar
It would be great if we had the ability to link our personal school calendar to the Aeries Calendar this way we only have to input information on one calendar versus multiple. I do not use the Aeries calendar as I would have to make double the entries, but it would be nice to have everything on the dashboard.

Allow you to filter Daily Medical Log by active/inactive status
When viewing the Daily Medical Logs at the district, it shows Pre-enrolled students in addition to current/active students which duplicates Log entries (even though only one record exists). Would be nice if we could toggle whether we want to only view active student records. District nurses are monitoring logs and this makes it hard to get accurate log data.

Send Text Messages for Gradebook Assignments by Student
It has been requested by parents to receive their child's weekly grade updates from AERIES ("Gradebook Assignments by Student" Report) via text message instead of by e-mail. Currently, there is no option to make this happen, the only choice is to print them, save as a PDF, or e-mail it to parents.
Can text message be added to the list of options to notify parents? I know it is available in the communications tab, but it would be very helpful to have it in the report options as well.

Mass Print Transcripts with Last Name, First Name as title
Counselors need to Submit many transcripts each year to colleges. We know there is a Mass Print option for Transcripts, but it makes all the Transcripts print as 1 file. We would like transcripts to be individual files automatically named with the Student's Last Name, First Name for convenience. Downloading individual transcripts and renaming each file is very time consuming. This is not urgent, but would be greatly appreciated in the future.

Set "Mass Apply Attendance" Default Filters
Now that teachers can set filters for mass applying attendance codes and notes, they would like to set their own default filters that way they don't have to reapply the filter every morning.

Create a communications list (like contacts) of email addresses which can be assigned to the various processes
Much like students have outgrown the limits of the communication data points in demographics (STU), Aeries itself requires more options for running various process. Specifically, a list of email addresses (with any needed login info) that can be assigned to the various communications processes that Aeries provides: weekly progress report, communications from gradebook, responses from portals, communications from school of choice, etc. Basically only having one email no longer serves the ever expanding needs of the program those who support it. Therefore, a communications (contact) list of email addresses for Aeries generated emails, is requested.

Allow for Block Schedule Periods to be offered on separate Calendar days
Allow for a blocked period to be offered on different days when the option in Portal Options are set to "Take Attendance for Each Period in a Blocked Section".
For example, Period 4 has a 2 period block. Period 4 is offered on Monday. Period 5 is offered on Tuesday. Currently, when set up this way, the drop-down for Period 5 will show as a blank in the period dropdown for teacher attendance when it's not being offered that day. Only display the period offered according to the Calendar.
