Separate COVID vaccine types per dose
Allow a different vaccine type to be selected separately for each dose of the COVID vaccine, as some students have 1 dose of one type and 1 dose of another type.

Add option to Copy Graduation Track Subject Area Code from one Track to Another
Users are able to create a new Graduation track and add a new Subject Area codes that apply only to that track. It would be nice to have an option to copy the new code to all other tracks.

Tab Stops on Transcripts Page
The tab is not working correctly. When you tab fields: term, grade, CrsID, the tab disappears after tabbing to CrsId. You hit Tab a second time and it will go to RT. Can it not disappear between CrsID and the RT? Thank you!
Please fix using tab when entering data for a transcript.

Create a process to load grades from Gradebook using the multi-school access option.
Allow teachers to load grades from Gradebook when using the multi-school option. Currently teachers can associate multi-school gradebooks, however they cannot load the grades without changing school sites.

Transcripts - Option to limit records to credits completed.
When our counselors are trying to verify credits completed, it's cumbersome for them to have to scroll through all of the middle school courses that don't earn high school credits.

TREx requires Immunizations as a part of the data requirements for a TREx file.

Ability to Exclude Attendance Programs from separating out in Attendance reports
In PowerSchool there was a way to indicate which Attendance Programs to separate out in the Monthly Attendance reports and summaries. We would use that to indicate our SDC kids for normal day-to-day things but keep them included in the general ed population counts on the reports. We would like that ability in Aeries so that we can indicate which ATT.SP should be separated into separate counts.

Different Format for Locator Cards
For the locator cards, instead of having the information is a "card" format, is it possible to have it in a landscape format where the information is more in a horizontal format so that more students can fit on one page. See example.

Link User Names to User Accounts in Groups and vice versa
When I search for a Group, I would like to be able to click on a User and either go to their user account or emulate. When I search for a user, I would like to be able to click on a Group assigned to them and open that Group.

Editing a Linked Contact Record
When trying to edit a linked Contact record, the changes are not always saved to the Demographics page.
Work Around: To save the record, first change the Field Description to None/Blank and Click Save. Next, select the field Description anew and save. This process will update the Demographics page.3 votes -

Assertive Discipline - Add New Administrative Decision button
Assertive Discipline - Add New Administrative Decision button does not display when adding a new ADS record to a student who has no other ADS records. Allow the New Administrative Decision button to display on the initial Assertive Discipline record.

Deep link the Staff Id on Security users page to go to staff page
I would like to be able to click on the Staff ID field on the [Users] page, and have it link to the record on the [Staff] page. (Much like how I can click on the UGN.ID field from the [Staff] page, and it takes me to that record on the [Users] page)

NSLP-Import
On behalf of Carlsbad-The NSLP import utility imports the NSLP code along with start and end date. Carlsbad would like more info: They would like to be able to choose items like SNAP# FRE.FS, TANF# FRE.AF, Medi-cal Start date FRE.MSD, FRE.MED Medi-Cal End date to import along with the regular fields available.

Attendance Letters Based on Age (Compliance) - Six year old students and older receive truancy letters
The truancy 1, 2, and 3 letters are generated at the school sites. In previous years, we have kept only students grades 1-12 to receive the truancy letters. To stay compliant, we must include students who are 6 years old and older to receive these letters.
Since this would be based on a student's 6th birthday and accounting for absences to generate letters AFTER their 6th birthday.
What would be the best approach or query(ies) to do this since we cannot send a letter to a student who just turned six who is qualified to receive letters... when the student…

Student ID Card - Select Period and add Room #
Add the option to select a specific period and print the room number. Teacher is already an option at elementary and the room# would be helpful. We should be able to select the period at secondary sites to print teacher and room#.

EM2 - Add Medications and Medical Notes
Our School Nursing staff asked if it is possible to add Medications and medical notes to the Mobile app. We had an incident that required emergency services. One of our nurses had to use EM2 to look at medication doses for a student. They couldn't provide that information to paramedics on the spot but had to use Aeries.net. Thankfully they had wifi cover in that part of campus. Hopefully, this is a request that can be taken into consideration.
