CON.NP COD Descriptions
Contacts page - Display the CON.NP = 0 Code Description from the COD table. A previous modification added the ability to display the hard-coded CON.NP = 0 description of "Do Not Contact" but the COD description should also be able to be displayed for districts changing the default wording.

Differences between the Language Assessment Screen and Query
Differences between the Language Assessment Screen - Home Language Survey titles and the Titles on the Query output are confusing.
Query says Primary is L2 but on the LAC page the 3rd field is labeled Primary. L3 is the 2nd field on the LAC page but is L3 on the query3 votes -
Print Withdrawal Form in Student's Correspondence Language
Currently, a withdrawal form cannot be printed in the student's correspondence language. We had a parent ask for the Spanish version, but it is not available in Spanish.

Allow Users in Section Staff Schools Access to the Grade Report Mark Analysis
After switching to Section Staff we took away rights to the teacher (TCH) table so teachers are not updated in that table any longer. Our users lost the ability to pull the Grade Report Mark Analysis report.

Do not update SSA date until the Assertive Discipline (ADS) record is saved
Currently, the SSA date is updated the instant a violation code (with the appropriate tag in the SOC table) is selected while entering a new ADS record.
By setting the SSA date before the assertive discipline record is saved, and then leaving it in its altered state if the ADS record entry is cancelled or the violation code is changed and does not, in fact, warrant setting the SSA date, you’re putting an X on a student’s forehead for the next three years that they may not deserve (or putting the ownness on the user to correct the date that…

Update HRN table column values
School nurses need to add the 3000 column to the HRN chart. They also have no use for values of 250, 500, 6000, 8000.
It would be great if this could be done or if those tables could be edited by a district admin.

Ability to pin your schools to the top of the school drop down list
It would be incredibly helpful if itinerant staff were able to pin their schools to the top of the school drop down list. I work in a relatively large school district with over 70 schools. It would save so much time to be able to open the school list, see my assigned schools pinned to the top, click and go.

TX - Allow Incomplete on Grading Snapshot
Allow teachers to issue grade of "Incomplete" on grading snapshot. Right now, an incomplete mark cannot be issued. Only the numeric gradebook average.

Medical History Report by teacher for secondary schools
Currently, there's only an option to print by teacher for elementary schools exist. It would be extremely helpful for this report to be available by teacher for secondary schools as well. Thank you for your consideration.

Create another field by the Counselor field for the Learning Director on the General Tab on the Demographics page
Add the name option for the learning director or other designated student director next to the counselor name on the demographics page, General tab. I am currently using the (define custom captions) User codes to add the learning director but it would be easier for all to see and to find if the title and name was displayed above on the General Tab.

Give districts the ability to set/modify the date new school year data is available to teachers
Currently, the date that new school school year data is made available in the Teacher Portal is a "back end" setting that district's choose during New Year Rollover. It cannot be changed, however, without intervention by Aeries support. Unfortunately, pointing the Teacher Portal to the new year is also a manual rather than automated process, which means there is a higher risk that it does not get done properly early on the specified date (as happened this year to us). Lots of extra, unnecessary work for many people!

Add attendance note prompt screen to confirm record deletion OR seperate save and delete button
In the Attendance Note window the save and delete button are right next to each other and often times the delete button is accidently hit and the entire record is instantly deleted. It would be most helpful if the buttons were separated OR if there was a "Are you sure you want to delete this record" prompt came up to protect the date entered.

Enable HTML for Portal Document Requests Descriptions
The main description text for all document requests has a rich editor with html support, but the per-document request descriptions does not. We are collecting parent photos for on-campus badges at the elementary level and would like to put an example photo / link thereto in the specific document request item for these parent photos and not the main area that covers all document requests. thank you.

When entering a disposition for ADS for SIS or SUS, check offense against suspendable offenses before disposition is allowed.
A few of the discipline events this year had incorrect dispositions - in school suspension and suspension codes were entered for offenses that were not listed in the suspendable offense table. The disposition was allowed to be saved, it should have been rejected and the user prompted to change the disposition to a non-suspendable or change the offense code to a suspendable offense that is in the SUS table

Report Cards - Citizenship and Work Habits
Report Cards - Currently Citizenship mark legend prints in alphabetical/numeric order. We would like to have the report card honor the Update Code Table Sort option for the GRD.CI field in which order this legend prints out on the report card, and not just in alphabetical order.

Better way to do letters for suspension days that roll over from the prior year
The Request assigned and served days in ADS works okay for students that get suspended on the last few days of school and need to finish serving their suspension the next year; however, the letter that prints only shows the days served in the prior year and not the full suspension details. It would be better if we could either print both letters, which you currently can't print because the next year is not set up, or link the suspensions and have the letter include all the dates and details.
