  1. Include Database Group Name at the top of the screen

    We have to use a separate database for summer school and are constantly toggling between the two. It would be nice to know which database you are currently logged into to make sure you aren't doing work in the wrong database.

  2. Allow more than one SSL certificate to be used for SAML configuration

    Allow for 2 or more different SSL certificates in the SAML configuration page. This would allow for internal and external URLs that are network segregated. This may also work for specific summer school instances where a separate summer URL is setup as well as other potential testing environment configurations.

  3. Add/keep track of non-school age siblings

    We want a way to enter first, last name, and birthdate of non-school age siblings of current students. It would help identify incoming or future age-appropriate siblings.

  4. Allow uploading of district logo for Online Enrollment admin

    Currently, customers have to contact Aeries Support to load and/or change their district logo for Online Enrollment. Utilizing the existing district logo loaded in Aeries or allowing for the district logo to be uploaded into the Online Enrollment database would be a great alternative.

  5. Attendance Reporting Periods - Difficult to create different instructional programs

    The Attendance Reporting Periods table was designed specifically to mirror how TSDS sets up the ReportingPeriodExtension. Separate sets of records for each Instructional Program Type are required. Aeries can make this easier by allowing the user to copy existing Attendance Reporting Period data into a new track, like we do on the Calendar page.

  6. Students Data Confirmation Status Report formatting issues

    When printing the Students Data Confirmation Status Report there seems to be a big footer. It is only allowing for 25 lines per page so its moving the students onto the next page however the next page is another teacher.

  7. Add Schedule Group on the Student Information Bar

    Display the Scheduling Group field so we can see if they are Hybrid, In-person or DL so we can see it when we are doing attendance or other tasks. Adding this to the Student Information bar, General tab, would be a solution that would make it appear on every page in Aeries.

  8. Allow for neater printing using CSS print styles

    Currently when trying to print pages in Aeries the generated page leaves a lot to be desired. If your development framework allows it, adding CSS print styles could make those all pages much more readable and formattable when hard copies are printed out. You currently do this for "@media screen" in your CSS files but it would be great if this was added to printed pages as well.

  12. Update Verbiage on the Scheduling Setup Page

    This verbiage needs to be modified to explain the process more correctly:

    On the Scheduling Setup page, if you select Blank out the SSS Table and Do Nothing with the SMS Table, when you click on the Initialize Scheduling button, the Confirm message asks: Are you sure you want to initialize SSS and SMS using the above options?  The SMS table should not be part of this question.

  13. Allow for a set of pre-defined Text Replacement statements to run against CALPADS file after every extract

    Many districts have special situations that require that they change data in files after the files are created before the data goes up to CALPADS. Having those "Replacement" statements saved in Aeries and automatically run would save a ton of time and make things more flexible. Each Replacement Statement should be able to be associated with specific files.

  14. Option to remove "overall" score from standards gradebook

    Would like to seen an option to remove the "overall" score from the standards gradebook. For districts fully implementing the Marzano philosophy of grading, each standard should stand on its own and not be "averaged" into an overall mark/grade.

  15. Gradebook Assignments By Student Report-Filtering Option for Category Grade vs. Overall Grade

    I would like to request a filtering option be added to the Gradebook Assignments by Student report under the options tab to be able to target students who are below/above a specified percentage in any Category versus just the overall grade in the gradebook.

  19. Add the ability to Repeat Weeks in the Class Calendar

    For Flex: When building a class calendar - add the ability to repeat weeks within the calendar (as we have in the Block Schedule calendar) to eliminate the tedious process of building an A/B concept - for example - in the class calendar. We would like options to range from 2 week up to 5 weeks.

    1. The first advantage is that you can schedule your block days for a 2 week period - for example - and have that pattern copy through the calendar for each Flex Period.

  20. Filter on Students for Printing Transcripts

    From Trainers: When printing transcripts you cannnot filter for students. If you select the Grade Level option, it prints for all students in the grade level. We need to be able to find students and select student more efficiently so that we can print transcripts from the College Request Page. When the Print Transcripts button is selected, the user is re-directed to the Transcript Report Page - if you have 2000 students at a high school, you are required to scroll through the student list to select specific students to print the transcript for the college.
